Common use of Responsibility and Control Clause in Contracts

Responsibility and Control. Lilly and Isis shall each be solely responsible for the safety of their respective employees, agents, licensees or Sublicensees with respect to efforts employed under this Agreement and each shall hold the other harmless with regard to any liability for damages or personal injuries resulting from acts of its respective employees, agents, licensees or Sublicensees.

Responsibility and Control. Lilly and Isis shall will each be solely responsible for the safety of their respective employees, agents, licensees or Sublicensees (sub)licensees with respect to efforts employed under this Agreement and each shall will hold the other harmless with regard to any liability for damages or personal injuries resulting from acts of its respective employees, agents, licensees or Sublicensees(sub)licensees in accordance with the indemnification provision set forth in Sections 9.5 through 9.7.
