RESPONSIBILITY FOR CASH SHORTAGES. Employees who are responsible for the counting or handling of cash shall not be responsible for paying back any determined shortage out of their own pocket, unless otherwise mutually agreed to by Management and the Employee, or where prescribed by an Arbitrator. This clause shall not serve to limit Management’s right to properly issue a Warning or Adverse Report or to take any other action as defined under Article 14.
