Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBB, CBB Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBB, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBB’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBB’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB ENT shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are orderedordered by, or activated or through and used by CBBENT, CBB ENT Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB ENT pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBENT, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB ENT such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB ENT understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBENT’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBENT’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB ENT intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB ENT shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

CBB KDL understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBKDL’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBKDL’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB KDL intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB KDL shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB Airespring shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBAirespring, CBB Airespring Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Airespring pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBAirespring, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB Airespring such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB Xxxxxxxxxx understands and agrees that certain of VerizonXxxxxxx’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBAirespring’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBXxxxxxxxxx’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB Xxxxxxxxxx intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB Xxxxxxxxxx shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB Wide Voice shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBWide Voice, CBB Wide Voice Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Wide Voice pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBWide Voice, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB Wide Voice such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB Wide Voice understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBWide Voice’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBWide Voice’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB Wide Voice intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB Wide Voice shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB Covista shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBCovista, CBB Covista Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Covista pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBCovista, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB Covista such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB Covista understands and agrees that certain of VerizonXxxxxxx’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBCovista’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBCovista’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB Covista intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB Covista shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB ATI shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBATI, CBB ATI Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB ATI pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBATI, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB ATI such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its it’s own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB ATI understands and agrees that certain of VerizonXxxxxxx’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBATI’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBATI’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB ATI intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB ATI shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB VNCI shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBVNCI, CBB VNCI Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB VNCI pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBVNCI, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB VNCI such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB VNCI understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBVNCI’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBVNCI’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB VNCI intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB VNCI shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB Talk America shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBTalk America, CBB Talk America Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Talk America pursuant to this Resale Attachment.Attachment.‌ 4.2 Upon request by CBBTalk America, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB Talk America such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB Talk America understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBTalk America’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBTalk America’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB Talk America intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB Talk America shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB MLTC shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBMLTC, CBB MLTC Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB MLTC pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBMLTC, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB MLTC such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its it’s own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB MLTC understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBMLTC’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBMLTC’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB MLTC intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB MLTC shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB FTCS shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBFTCS, CBB FTCS Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB FTCS pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBFTCS, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB FTCS such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB FTCS understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBFTCS’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBFTCS’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB FTCS intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB FTCS shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB Ymax shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBYmax, CBB Ymax Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Ymax pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBYmax, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB Ymax such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB Ymax understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBYmax’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBYmax’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB Ymax intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB Ymax shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

CBB Xxxx understands and agrees that certain of VerizonXxxxxxx’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBYmax’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBYmax’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB Ymax intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB Ymax shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB Globetel shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBGlobetel, CBB Globetel Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Globetel pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBGlobetel, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB Globetel such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB Globetel understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBGlobetel’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBGlobetel’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB Globetel intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB Globetel shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB WCS shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBWCS, CBB WCS Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB WCS pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBWCS, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB WCS such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB WCS understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBWCS’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBWCS’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB WCS intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB WCS shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

CBB PW understands and agrees that certain of VerizonXxxxxxx’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBPW’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBPW’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB PW intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB PW shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

CBB ENT understands and agrees that certain of VerizonXxxxxxx’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBENT’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBENT’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB ENT intended to block. Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB Global Link shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBGlobal Link, CBB Global Link Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Global Link pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBGlobal Link, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB Global Link such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB Global Link understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBGlobal Link’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBGlobal Link’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB Global Link intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB Global Link shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB Easton shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBEaston, CBB Easton Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Easton pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBEaston, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB Easton such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its it’s own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB Easton understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBEaston’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBEaston’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB Easton intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB Easton shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB NHC shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBNHC, CBB NHC Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB NHC pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBNHC, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB NHC such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB NHC understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBNHC’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBNHC’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB NHC intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB NHC shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB ECI shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBECI, CBB ECI Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB ECI pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBECI, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB ECI such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB ECI understands and agrees that certain of VerizonXxxxxxx’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBECI’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBECI’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB ECI intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB ECI shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB Nettalk shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBNettalk, CBB Nettalk Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Nettalk pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBNettalk, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB Nettalk such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB Nettalk understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBNettalk’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBNettalk’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB Nettalk intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB Nettalk shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

CBB NL understands and agrees that certain of VerizonXxxxxxx’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBNL’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBNL’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB NL intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB NL shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB Smartrak shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBSmartrak, CBB Smartrak Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Smartrak pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBSmartrak, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB Smartrak such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB Smartrak understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBSmartrak’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBSmartrak’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB Smartrak intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB Smartrak shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB Northstar shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBNorthstar, CBB Northstar Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Northstar pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBNorthstar, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB Northstar such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB Northstar understands and agrees that certain of VerizonXxxxxxx’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBNorthstar’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBNorthstar’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB Northstar intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB Northstar shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

CBB NL understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBNL’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBNL’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB NL intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB NL shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB Talk America shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBTalk America, CBB Talk America Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Talk America pursuant to this Resale Attachment.Attachment.‌ 4.2 Upon request by CBBTalk America, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB Talk America such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB Talk America understands and agrees that certain of VerizonXxxxxxx’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBTalk America’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBTalk America’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB Talk America intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB Talk America shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB CPV shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBCPV, CBB CPV Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB CPV pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBCPV, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB CPV such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB CPV understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBCPV’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBCPV’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB CPV intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB CPV shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB Northstar shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBNorthstar, CBB Northstar Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Northstar pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBNorthstar, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB Northstar such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB Northstar understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBNorthstar’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBNorthstar’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB Northstar intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB Northstar shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB GCTC shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBGCTC, CBB GCTC Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB GCTC pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBGCTC, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB GCTC such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB GCTC understands and agrees that certain of VerizonXxxxxxx’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBGCTC’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBGCTC’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB GCTC intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB GCTC shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB PNG shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBPNG, CBB PNG Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB PNG pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBPNG, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB PNG such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB PNG understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBPNG’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBPNG’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB PNG intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB PNG shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB Navtel shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBNavtel, CBB Navtel Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Navtel pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBNavtel, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB Navtel such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its it’s own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB Navtel understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBNavtel’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBNavtel’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB Navtel intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB Navtel shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB CCA shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBCCA, CBB CCA Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB CCA pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBCCA, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB CCA such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its it’s own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB CCA understands and agrees that certain of VerizonXxxxxxx’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBCCA’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBCCA’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB CCA intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB CCA shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB NLG shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBNLG, CBB NLG Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB NLG pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBNLG, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB NLG such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its it’s own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB NLG understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBNLG’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBNLG’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB NLG intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB NLG shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB BLC shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBBLC, CBB BLC Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB BLC pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBBLC, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB BLC such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s Verizon s own end user retail rteail Customers. CBB BLC understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s Xxxxxxx s call blocking bcloking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBB’s BLC s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBB’s BLC s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB BLC intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB BLC shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

CBB Navtel understands and agrees that certain of VerizonXxxxxxx’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBNavtel’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBNavtel’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB Navtel intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB Navtel shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB Dynalink shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBDynalink, CBB Dynalink Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Dynalink pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBDynalink, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB Dynalink such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB Dynalink understands and agrees that certain of VerizonXxxxxxx’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBDynalink’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBDynalink’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB Dynalink intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB Dynalink shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBB, CBB Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBB, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB understands and agrees that certain of VerizonXxxxxxx’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBB’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBB’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB Citrix shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBCitrix, CBB Citrix Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Citrix pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBCitrix, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB Citrix such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB Citrix understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBCitrix’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBCitrix’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB Citrix intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB Citrix shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB NHC shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBNHC, CBB NHC Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB NHC pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBNHC, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB NHC such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s Verizon s own end user retail rteail Customers. CBB NHC understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s Verizon s call blocking bcloking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBB’s NHC s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBB’s NHC s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB NHC intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB NHC shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB Onvoy shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBOnvoy, CBB Onvoy Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Onvoy pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBOnvoy, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB Onvoy such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB Onvoy understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBOnvoy’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBOnvoy’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB Onvoy intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB Onvoy shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB WCS shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBWCS, CBB WCS Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB WCS pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBWCS, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB WCS such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB WCS understands and agrees that certain of VerizonXxxxxxx’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBWCS’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBWCS’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB WCS intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB WCS shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

CBB ECI understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBECI’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBECI’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB ECI intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB ECI shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB One Voice shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBOne Voice, CBB One Voice Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB One Voice pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBOne Voice, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB One Voice such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB One Voice understands and agrees that certain of VerizonXxxxxxx’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBOne Voice’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBOne Voice’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB One Voice intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB One Voice shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB Cost Plus shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBCost Plus, CBB Cost Plus Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Cost Plus pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBCost Plus, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB Cost Plus such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB Cost Plus understands and agrees that certain of VerizonXxxxxxx’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBCost Plus’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBCost Plus’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB Cost Plus intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB Cost Plus shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB PEG shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBPEG, CBB PEG Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB PEG pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBPEG, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB PEG such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB PEG understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBPEG’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBPEG’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB PEG intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB PEG shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB TNCI shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBTNCI, CBB TNCI Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB TNCI pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBTNCI, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB TNCI such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its it’s own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB TNCI understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBTNCI’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBTNCI’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB TNCI intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB TNCI shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB Xxxxxx shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBXxxxxx, CBB Xxxxxx Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Xxxxxx pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBXxxxxx, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB Xxxxxx such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB Xxxxxx understands and agrees that certain of VerizonXxxxxxx’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBXxxxxx’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBXxxxxx’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB Xxxxxx intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB Xxxxxx shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB BCN shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBBCN, CBB BCN Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB BCN pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBBCN, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB BCN such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB BCN understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBBCN’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBBCN’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB BCN intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB BCN shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB Telrite shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBTelrite, CBB Telrite Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Telrite pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBTelrite, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB Telrite such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB Telrite understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBTelrite’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBTelrite’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB Telrite intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB Telrite shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB MHT shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBMHT, CBB MHT Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB MHT pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBMHT, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB MHT such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB MHT understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBMHT’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBMHT’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB MHT intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB MHT shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB BLC shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBBLC, CBB BLC Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB BLC pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBBLC, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB BLC such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB BLC understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBBLC’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBBLC’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB BLC intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB BLC shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB Covista shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBCovista, CBB Covista Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Covista pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBCovista, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB Covista such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB Covista understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBCovista’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBCovista’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB Covista intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB Covista shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB CTT shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBCTT, CBB CTT Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB CTT pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBCTT, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB CTT such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB CTT understands and agrees that certain of VerizonXxxxxxx’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBCTT’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBCTT’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB CTT intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB CTT shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB Slt shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBSlt, CBB Slt Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Slt pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBSlt, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB Slt such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s Verizon s own end user retail Customers. CBB Slt understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s Verizon s call blocking and call screening cllascreening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBB’s Slt s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBB’s Slt s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB Slt intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB Slt shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB Bandwidth shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBBandwidth, CBB Bandwidth Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Bandwidth pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBBandwidth, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB Bandwidth such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB Bandwidth understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBBandwidth’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBBandwidth’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB Bandwidth intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB Bandwidth shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB LNS shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBLNS, CBB LNS Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB LNS pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBLNS, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB LNS such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB LNS understands and agrees that certain of VerizonXxxxxxx’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBLNS’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBLNS’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB LNS intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB LNS shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB Selectel shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBSelectel, CBB Selectel Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Selectel pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBSelectel, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB Selectel such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB Selectel understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBSelectel’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBSelectel’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB Selectel intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB Selectel shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB MMG shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBMMG, CBB MMG Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB MMG pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBMMG, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB MMG such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB MMG understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBMMG’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBMMG’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB MMG intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB MMG shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB MHT shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBMHT, CBB MHT Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB MHT pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBMHT, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB MHT such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB MHT understands and agrees that certain of VerizonXxxxxxx’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBMHT’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBMHT’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB MHT intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB MHT shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB Easton shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBEaston, CBB Easton Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Easton pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBEaston, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB Easton such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its it’s own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB Xxxxxx understands and agrees that certain of VerizonXxxxxxx’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBEaston’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBEaston’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB Easton intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB Xxxxxx shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB Easton shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBEaston, CBB Easton Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Easton pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBEaston, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB Easton such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB Easton understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBEaston’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBEaston’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB Easton intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB Easton shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB CTT shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBCTT, CBB CTT Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB CTT pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBCTT, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB CTT such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB CTT understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBCTT’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBCTT’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB CTT intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB CTT shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB Comcast shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBComcast, CBB Comcast Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Comcast pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBComcast, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB Comcast such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB Comcast understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBComcast’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBComcast’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB Comcast intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB Comcast shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB CBAD shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBCBAD, CBB CBAD Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB CBAD pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBCBAD, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB CBAD such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB CBAD understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBCBAD’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBCBAD’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB CBAD intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB CBAD shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB Quality Tel shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBQuality Tel, CBB Quality Tel Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Quality Tel pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBQuality Tel, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB Quality Tel such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its it’s own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB Quality Tel understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBQuality Tel’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBQuality Tel’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB Quality Tel intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB Quality Tel shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB ECI shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBECI, CBB ECI Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB ECI pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBECI, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB ECI such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its it’s own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB ECI understands and agrees that certain of VerizonXxxxxxx’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBECI’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBECI’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB ECI intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB ECI shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB Global Link shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBGlobal Link, CBB Global Link Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Global Link pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBGlobal Link, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB Global Link such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB Global Link understands and agrees that certain of VerizonXxxxxxx’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBGlobal Link’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBGlobal Link’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB Global Link intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB Global Link shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB MTC shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBMTC, CBB MTC Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB MTC pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBMTC, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB MTC such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB MTC understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBMTC’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBMTC’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB MTC intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB MTC shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB Airus shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBAirus, CBB Airus Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB Airus pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBAirus, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB Airus such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB Airus understands and agrees that certain of Verizon’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBAirus’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBAirus’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB Airus intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB Airus shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 CBB SLT shall be responsible for and pay to Verizon all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon, that are ordered, activated or used by CBBSLT, CBB SLT Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon to CBB SLT pursuant to this Resale Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by CBBSLT, Verizon will provide for use on resold Verizon retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by CBB SLT such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Verizon provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Verizon provides such Verizon retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Verizon’s own end user retail Customers. CBB SLT understands and agrees that certain of VerizonXxxxxxx’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding CBBSLT’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, CBBSLT’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which CBB SLT intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CBB SLT shall be responsible for and shall pay Verizon all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Verizon or provided by persons other than Verizon and billed for by Verizon in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.
