Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 Onvoy shall be responsible for and pay to Frontier all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier or provided by persons other than Frontier and billed for by Frontier, that are ordered, activated or used by Onvoy, Onvoy Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier to Onvoy pursuant to this Resale Attachment.‌ 4.2 Upon request by Onvoy, Frontier will provide for use on resold Frontier retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by Onvoy such Frontier retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Frontier provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Frontier provides such Frontier retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Frontier’s own end user retail Customers. Onvoy understands and agrees that certain of Frontier’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding Onvoy’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, Onvoy’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which Onvoy intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Onvoy shall be responsible for and shall pay Frontier all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier or provided by persons other than Frontier and billed for by Frontier in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Onvoy understands and agrees that certain of Frontier’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding Onvoy’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, Onvoy’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which Onvoy intended to block. Onvoy PBX understands and agrees that certain of Frontier’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding OnvoyPBX’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, OnvoyPBX’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which Onvoy PBX intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Onvoy PBX shall be responsible for and shall pay Frontier all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier or provided by persons other than Frontier and billed for by Frontier in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Onvoy ADSC understands and agrees that certain of Frontier’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding OnvoyADSC’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, OnvoyADSC’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which Onvoy ADSC intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Onvoy ADSC shall be responsible for and shall pay Frontier all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier or provided by persons other than Frontier and billed for by Frontier in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Onvoy INA understands and agrees that certain of Frontier’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding OnvoyINA’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, OnvoyINA’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which Onvoy INA intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Onvoy INA shall be responsible for and shall pay Frontier all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier or provided by persons other than Frontier and billed for by Frontier in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 Onvoy TCG shall be responsible for and pay to Frontier all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier or provided by persons other than Frontier and billed for by Frontier, that are orderedordered by, or activated or through and used by OnvoyTCG , Onvoy TCG Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier to Onvoy TCG pursuant to this Resale Attachment.‌Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by OnvoyTCG , Frontier will provide for use on resold Frontier retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by Onvoy TCG such Frontier retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Frontier provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Frontier provides such Frontier retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Frontier’s own end user retail Customers. Onvoy TCG understands and agrees that certain of Frontier’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding OnvoyTCG ’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, OnvoyTCG ’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which Onvoy TCG intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Onvoy TCG shall be responsible for and shall pay Frontier all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier or provided by persons other than Frontier and billed for by Frontier in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 Onvoy INdigital shall be responsible for and pay to Frontier all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier or provided by persons other than Frontier and billed for by Frontier, that are ordered, activated or used by OnvoyINdigital, Onvoy INdigital Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier to Onvoy INdigital pursuant to this Resale Attachment.‌ 4.2 Upon request by OnvoyINdigital, Frontier will provide for use on resold Frontier retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by Onvoy INdigital such Frontier retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Frontier provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Frontier provides such Frontier retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Frontier’s own end user retail Customers. Onvoy INdigital understands and agrees that certain of Frontier’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding OnvoyINdigital’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, OnvoyINdigital’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which Onvoy INdigital intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Onvoy INdigital shall be responsible for and shall pay Frontier all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier or provided by persons other than Frontier and billed for by Frontier in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 Onvoy WVN shall be responsible for and pay to Frontier all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier or provided by persons other than Frontier and billed for by Frontier, that are ordered, activated or used by OnvoyWVN, Onvoy WVN Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier to Onvoy WVN pursuant to this Resale Attachment.‌Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by OnvoyWVN, Frontier will provide for use on resold Frontier retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by Onvoy WVN such Frontier retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Frontier provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Frontier provides such Frontier retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Frontier’s own end user retail Customers. Onvoy WVN understands and agrees that certain of Frontier’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding OnvoyWVN’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, OnvoyWVN’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which Onvoy WVN intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Onvoy WVN shall be responsible for and shall pay Frontier all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier or provided by persons other than Frontier and billed for by Frontier in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 Onvoy CCES shall be responsible for and pay to Frontier all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier or provided by persons other than Frontier and billed for by Frontier, that are ordered, activated or used by OnvoyCCES, Onvoy CCES Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier to Onvoy CCES pursuant to this Resale Attachment.‌ 4.2 Upon request by OnvoyCCES, Frontier will provide for use on resold Frontier retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by Onvoy CCES such Frontier retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Frontier provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Frontier provides such Frontier retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Frontier’s own end user retail Customers. Onvoy CCES understands and agrees that certain of Frontier’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding OnvoyCCES’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, OnvoyCCES’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which Onvoy CCES intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Onvoy CCES shall be responsible for and shall pay Frontier all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier or provided by persons other than Frontier and billed for by Frontier in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 Onvoy QCC shall be responsible for and pay to Frontier all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier or provided by persons other than Frontier and billed for by Frontier, that are ordered, activated or used by OnvoyQCC, Onvoy QCC Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier to Onvoy QCC pursuant to this Resale Attachment.‌Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by OnvoyQCC, Frontier will provide for use on resold Frontier retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by Onvoy QCC such Frontier retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Frontier provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Frontier provides such Frontier retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Frontier’s own end user retail Customers. Onvoy QCC understands and agrees that certain of Frontier’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding OnvoyQCC’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, OnvoyQCC’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which Onvoy QCC intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Onvoy QCC shall be responsible for and shall pay Frontier all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier or provided by persons other than Frontier and billed for by Frontier in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 Onvoy CLC shall be responsible for and pay to Frontier all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier or provided by persons other than Frontier and billed for by Frontier, that are ordered, activated or used by OnvoyCLC, Onvoy CLC Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier to Onvoy CLC pursuant to this Resale Attachment.‌Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by OnvoyCLC, Frontier will provide for use on resold Frontier retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by Onvoy CLC such Frontier retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Frontier provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Frontier provides such Frontier retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Frontier’s own end user retail Customers. Onvoy CLC understands and agrees that certain of Frontier’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding OnvoyCLC’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, OnvoyCLC’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which Onvoy CLC intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Onvoy CLC shall be responsible for and shall pay Frontier all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier or provided by persons other than Frontier and billed for by Frontier in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 Onvoy Xxxx Tell shall be responsible for and pay to Frontier all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier or provided by persons other than Frontier and billed for by Frontier, that are ordered, activated or used by OnvoyXxxx Xxxx, Onvoy Xxxx Tell Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier to Onvoy Xxxx Tell pursuant to this Resale Attachment.‌Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by OnvoyXxxx Tell, Frontier will provide for use on resold Frontier retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by Onvoy Xxxx Tell such Frontier retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Frontier provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Frontier provides such Frontier retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Frontier’s own end user retail Customers. Onvoy Xxxx Tell understands and agrees that certain of Frontier’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding OnvoyXxxx Tell ’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, OnvoyXxxx Tell ’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which Onvoy Xxxx Tell intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Onvoy Xxxx Tell shall be responsible for and shall pay Frontier all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier or provided by persons other than Frontier and billed for by Frontier in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 Onvoy Spectrotel shall be responsible for and pay to Frontier all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier or provided by persons other than Frontier and billed for by Frontier, that are ordered, activated or used by OnvoySpectrotel, Onvoy Spectrotel Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier to Onvoy Spectrotel pursuant to this Resale Attachment.‌Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by OnvoySpectrotel, Frontier will provide for use on resold Frontier retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by Onvoy Spectrotel such Frontier retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Frontier provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Frontier provides such Frontier retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Frontier’s own end user retail Customers. Onvoy Spectrotel understands and agrees that certain of Frontier’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding OnvoySpectrotel’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, OnvoySpectrotel’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which Onvoy Spectrotel intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Onvoy Spectrotel shall be responsible for and shall pay Frontier all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier or provided by persons other than Frontier and billed for by Frontier in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 Onvoy Ednetics shall be responsible for and pay to Frontier all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier or provided by persons other than Frontier and billed for by Frontier, that are ordered, activated or used by OnvoyEdnetics, Onvoy Ednetics Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier to Onvoy Ednetics pursuant to this Resale Attachment.‌Attachment. 4.2 Upon request by OnvoyEdnetics, Frontier will provide for use on resold Frontier retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by Onvoy Ednetics such Frontier retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Frontier provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Frontier provides such Frontier retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Frontier’s own end user retail Customers. Onvoy Ednetics understands and agrees that certain of Frontier’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding OnvoyEdnetics’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, OnvoyEdnetics’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which Onvoy Ednetics intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Onvoy Ednetics shall be responsible for and shall pay Frontier all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier or provided by persons other than Frontier and billed for by Frontier in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.

Responsibility for Charges. 4.1 Onvoy Futiva shall be responsible for and pay to Frontier all charges for any Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier or provided by persons other than Frontier and billed for by Frontier, that are ordered, activated or used by OnvoyFutiva, Onvoy Futiva Customers or any other persons, through, by means of, or in association with, Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier to Onvoy Futiva pursuant to this Resale Attachment.‌ 4.2 Upon request by OnvoyFutiva, Frontier will provide for use on resold Frontier retail Telecommunications Service dial tone lines purchased by Onvoy Futiva such Frontier retail Telecommunications Service call blocking and call screening services as Frontier provides to its own end user retail Customers, where and to the extent Frontier provides such Frontier retail Telecommunications Service call blocking services to Frontier’s own end user retail Customers. Onvoy Futiva understands and agrees that certain of Frontier’s call blocking and call screening services are not guaranteed to block or screen all calls and that notwithstanding OnvoyFutiva’s purchase of such blocking or screening services, OnvoyFutiva’s end user Customers or other persons ordering, activating or using Telecommunications Services on the resold dial tone lines may complete or accept calls which Onvoy Futiva intended to block. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Onvoy Futiva shall be responsible for and shall pay Frontier all charges for Telecommunications Services provided by Frontier or provided by persons other than Frontier and billed for by Frontier in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1 above.
