Responsibility for Company Action. The Trustee assumes no obligation or responsibility with respect to any action required by this Trust Agreement on the part of the Company, the Board of Directors, the Committee, any Affiliate, the Participants or any Beneficiaries. The Trustee shall be under no duties except such duties as are specifically set forth as such in this Trust Agreement or under applicable law, and no implied covenant or obligation shall be read into this Trust Agreement against the Trustee.
