Common use of Responsibility for Compliance Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Compliance. Each Party shall be, as to its own activities, responsible for compliance with Applicable Law with respect to any sale, manufacture or other use involving the Acquired Assets and Retained Intellectual Property licensed or sublicensed under the Intellectual Property Cross License, including any applicable export control laws.
