Responsibility for Content. The Institution and/or Institution Parties, as the case may be, retain whatever right, title, and interest that they respectively have in the Content and remain ultimately responsible for it. Xxxxxx Mind makes no assurance regarding the integrity or retention of the Content. Xxxxxx Mind reserves the right at its sole discretion and without liability to the Institution Parties to delete, at any time and for any reason, any such Content, subject to and to the extent required by applicable law.
