Responsibility for CONTRACTOR personnel. (a) Employment and Agency CONTRACTOR’s employees and subcontractors will not in any sense be considered employees of HHSC or the State of Texas, but will be considered CONTRACTOR’s employees for all purposes. Except as provided in the Agreement, neither CONTRACTOR nor any of CONTRACTOR’s employees or subcontractors may act in any sense as agents or representatives of HHSC or the State of Texas.
