Responsibility for damage to the Channel. The Owner is liable for any and all loss or damage to the Channel, arising from or related to the use of the Channel by the Owner, the Shipping Agent, or their servants, agents, employees or contractors, including all crew and all personnel engaged by it in relation to a Vessel, and occurring during the Access Period.
