RESPONSIBILITY FOR EXERCISE. The Optionee is responsible for taking any and all actions as may be required to exercise the Stock Option in a timely manner and for properly executing any such documents as may be required for exercise in accordance with such rules and procedures as may be established from time to time. The Optionee acknowledges that information regarding the procedures and requirements for the exercise of the Stock Option is available to the Optionee on request. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary or affiliated companies shall have any duty or obligation to notify you of the Expiration Date of the Option.
