Responsibility for Manufacturing-Related Expenses. The Party who is responsible for manufacturing Product under this Section 6 shall be responsible for any costs and expenses incurred in connection with manufacturing process development and validation, formulation development, manufacturing scale-up, stability testing, and quality assurance/quality control development.
