Responsibility for Representatives and Affiliates. Recipient is responsible for ensuring that its representatives and Affiliates fully comply with the obligations of the Recipient under this Section 6.
Responsibility for Representatives and Affiliates. For the purpose of this section 7 (Confidentiality) and the definition of “Confidential Information”, a reference to a Party means a Party and its Affiliates. The receiving Party is responsible for ensuring that its representatives and Affiliates fully comply with the obligations of the receiving Party under this section.
Responsibility for Representatives and Affiliates. As applicable, Licensee is responsible for ensuring that its employees, authorized representatives and affiliates fully comply with the obligations of the Licensee under this Section 4 (Confidentiality).
