Responsibility for Secondary Cardholder Transactions. The Primary Cardholder shall be responsible for the Secondary Cardholder’s Card usage, including any fees and charges, by the Secondary Cardholder, or Card usage by any person authorized by the Secondary Cardholder. The Primary Cardholder and the Secondary Cardholder shall be jointly and severally liable for Card usage.
