Secondary Cards. You may get up to one additional Card which have the same functionality as your primary Card, except that they cannot be used to load money to the Card.

Secondary Cards. You may authorize up to 1 (one) additional Card, called Secondary Cards. These Cards will access funds in your main Card account. Secondary cardholders may register their Cards in their name. Secondary cardholders may be subject to verification. Use of Secondary Cards is subject to the same restrictions on your Card, and we may hold you and/or any Secondary Cardholders liable for misuse of the Secondary Cards.
Secondary Cards. For the fee disclosed in the List of All Fees, you may request an additional Card for a Secondary Cardholder. A Secondary Card shares and can access the same balance as your Card. If you notify us that you revoke a Secondary Cardholder’s use of the Card, we may close your Card account and issue a new Card to you with a different number. You are wholly responsible for the use of the Secondary Card according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Secondary Cards. 4.1. A secondary card will entitle a secondary cardholder to access your credit facility and make purchases on your credit account, without your signature being required at the time of purchase. 4.2. You must ensure that only the person whose details you provided us with in your application for a secondary card uses this card. A secondary card may not be transferred to any other person. 4.3. You must ensure that the secondary cardholder immediately sign the back of the secondary card. 4.4. It is your responsibility to ensure that the secondary cardholder complies with the terms and conditions of this secondary card agreement and, where applicable, the credit agreement. 4.5. Where the secondary cardholder makes a purchase using the secondary card, the purchase amount will be debited to your card account. You are therefore responsible for payment of any purchases made on the secondary card. You are also responsible for any interest, fees or charges that we may lawfully raise on your card account as a result of any purchases made on the secondary card. 4.6. The secondary cardholder will not be entitled to make card account enquiries, request credit limit increases, cancel a secondary card or change details on the account. Information about the card account will only be disclosed to you, unless a law or court order obliged us to disclose such information to any other person. 4.7. A nominal fee may be charged for the issuing of a secondary card. 4.8. Should you wish to change the secondary cardholder or cancel your secondary card, you may do so by contacting us using the card contacting details. After receiving confirmation of such a change or cancellation, as the case may be, you must immediately destroy the old secondary card. Failure to do so will result in you being liable for any purchases made on the old secondary card after such change or cancellation. 4.9. The secondary card will not entitle you or the secondary cardholder to additional credit. The credit limit on your credit facility will not increase through the issuance of a secondary card. 4.10. You must ensure that neither you nor the secondary cardholder exceeds the credit limit on your credit facility.
Secondary Cards. The Primary Cardholder must be an owner or principal of Account Owner and an unlimited guarantor for all activities on the Card Account (whether originating from the Primary Card or a Secondary Card). The Primary Cardholder will also be authorized to make changes to the Card Account(s) associated with the Account Owner with or without the consent of any other Cardholder. By logging in online at xxx.XxxxxxXxxx.xxx , the Primary Cardholder will be permitted to limit or restrict the activity on all Secondary Cards with or without the consent of any other Cardholder. The Primary Cardholder will be able to make these changes through the Website. The Primary Cardholder must notify us to revoke permission for any Secondary Cardholder previously issued and authorized to use a Secondary Card. If Primary Cardholder notifies us to revoke a Secondary Cardholder’s use of a Secondary Card, we will cancel the Secondary Card and transfer any remaining funds loaded on the canceled Secondary Card to the Primary Card Account. Each Cardholder agrees that the Card shall be used only as authorized by Account Owner and Primary Cardholder.

The Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each provide advance notice to the other Party, and to NYISO, before undertaking any work on such circuits, especially on electrical circuits involving circuit breaker trip and close contacts, current transformers, or potential transformers.

  • Program Monitoring The Contractor will make all records and documents required under this Agreement as outlined here, in OEC Policies and NHECC Policies available to the SRO or its designee, the SR Fiscal Officer or their designee and the OEC. Scheduled monitoring visits will take place twice a year. The SRO and OEC reserve the right to make unannounced visits.

  • Wellness Program Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent a department or agency from recommending experimental “fitness” type programs and reward programs involving wellness promotion activities. Any such activities shall be funded from the department’s separate appropriation, after review by the Benefits Advisory Committee and approval by the Secretary of Administration, or designee.

  • Advertising and Marketing Except in so far as herein expressly provided, the Service Provider shall not make or issue any formal or informal announcement (with the exception of Stock Exchange announcements), advertisement or statement to the media in connection with this Agreement or otherwise disclose the existence of this Agreement or the subject matter thereof to any other person without the prior written consent of SARS.

  • Program Services a) Personalized Care Practice agrees to provide to Program Member certain enhancements and amenities to professional medical services to be rendered by Personalized Care Practice to Program Member, as further described in Schedule 1 to these Terms. Upon prior written notice to Program Member, Personalized Care Practice may add or modify the Program Services set forth in Schedule 1, as reasonably necessary, and subject to such additional fees and/or terms and conditions as may be reasonably necessary. b) Program Member acknowledges that the Program Services are services that are not covered services under any insurance contract to which Program Member may be a party, including, without limitation, Medicare, and are not reimbursable by Program Member’s insurer, health plan or any governmental entity, including Medicare. Program Member agrees to bear sole financial responsibility for the Member Amenities Fee and agrees not to submit to Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity any xxxx, invoice or claim for payment or reimbursement of such Member Amenities Fee. c) Personalized Care Practice or its designated affiliate will separately charge Program Member or Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity for medical, clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic services rendered by Personalized Care Practice or its designated affiliate to Program Member, and Program Member may seek payment or reimbursement from Program Member’s insurer or health plan for any such service to the extent covered by Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity. d) Program Member understands, agrees and covenants that this Agreement is a service contract, and not a contract for insurance.

  • Secondary Market Lender may sell, transfer and deliver the Note and assign the Loan Agreement, the Security Instrument, this Assignment and the other Loan Documents to one or more investors in the secondary mortgage market (“Investors”). In connection with such sale, Lender may retain or assign responsibility for servicing the Loan, including the Note, the Loan Agreement, the Security Instrument, this Assignment and the other Loan Documents, or may delegate some or all of such responsibility and/or obligations to a servicer including any subservicer or master servicer, on behalf of the Investors. All references to Lender in this Assignment will refer to and include any such servicer to the extent applicable.

  • Supplier Diversity Seller shall comply with Xxxxx’s Supplier Diversity Program in accordance with Appendix V.
