Common use of Responsibility for Staff and Xxxxxx Parents Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Staff and Xxxxxx Parents. In the event of DCS’ receipt of a report (verbal or written) of criminal or potentially criminal activity by a member of the Contractor’s staff (including any of the Contractor’s subcontractors and their staff) or a xxxxxx parent that the Contractor licenses, that potentially threatens/endangers the life, health, or safety of any Child, DCS may immediately require a temporary suspension of such member of the Contractor’s staff (including any of the Contractor’s subcontractors and their staff) or appropriate safety measures regarding xxxxxx parent(s) pending an investigation into the report.
