Responsibility for Subcontractors. All requirements for the “Prime” contractor shall also apply to any and all subcontractors. It is the Prime Contractors’ responsibility to insure the compliance by the subcontractors. At all times the Prime Contractor remains liable to the Authority for the performance and compliance of his/her subcontractors.

Responsibility for Subcontractors. If Supplier's assignee or subcontractor fails to perform in accordance with the terms of its assignment or subcontract, Supplier shall complete or pay to have completed the work which the assignee or subcontractor failed to complete at no additional cost to PSTA. In the event of any noncompliance by any assignee or subcontractors, Supplier shall be directly and wholly responsible for the noncompliance of its assignee or subcontractor and shall bear all attributable costs.
Responsibility for Subcontractors. The Contractor shall not employ for the project any subcontractor that the City may, within a reasonable time, object to as unsuitable. The Contractor further agrees that it is as fully responsible to the City for the acts and omissions of its subcontractors, suppliers, and invitees on the jobsite and of persons either directly or indirectly employed by them, as the Contractor is for the acts and omissions of persons directly employed by it.
Responsibility for Subcontractors. (a) Vendor remains fully responsible for obligations, services, and functions performed by its Subcontractors to the same extent as if such obligations, services, and func- tions were performed by Vendor’s employees or agents and for purposes of this CTSA such work will be deemed work performed by Vendor. DIR may request in writing and the Parties will mutually determine a replacement of any Subcontractor found to be unacceptable in accordance with Section 4.04. (b) Vendor must not disclose Confidential Information of DIR, a Customer or the State to a Subcontractor unless and until such Subcontractor has agreed in writing to protect the confidentiality of such Confidential Information in the manner required of Vendor under this CTSA. (c) Vendor must identify any Subcontractor that is a newly-formed subsidiary or entity, whether or not an Affiliate of Vendor, that will perform subcontracting services under this CTSA. The Vendor agrees that it is the sole point of contact for DIR with regard to all matters under this CTSA, including any matters with respect to Vendor’s Sub- contractors. (d) Vendor shall not change a Subcontractor prior to submitting for DIR's approval, in its sole and absolute discretion, a revised HUB Subcontracting Plan. Only upon DIR's approval of a revised HUB Subcontracting Plan may Vendor proceed with replace- ment of a Subcontractor.
Responsibility for Subcontractors. Pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, Supplier accepts complete responsibility for the acts or omissions of its agents, Subcontractors and all others it hires, engages, or contracts with to perform or assist in the performance of the Work.

The CONTRACTOR will assume responsibility for all contractual responsibilities whether or not the CONTRACTOR performs them. Further, HHSC considers the CONTRACTOR to be the sole point of contact with regard to contractual matters, including payment of any and all charges resulting from the Agreement. (d) At least 30 days prior to executing a subcontract or other agreement with a third party with a value greater than $100,000.00, CONTRACTOR must submit a copy of the agreement to HHSC. HHSC reserves the right to (1) reject the agreement or require changes to any provisions that do not comply with the requirements or duties and responsibilities of this Agreement or create significant barriers for HHSC in monitoring compliance with this Agreement, and (2) object to the selection of the subcontractor.
Responsibility for Subcontractors. The CSA Holder is responsible for the acts, errors and omissions of its subcontractors, whether named in Appendix D - Subcontractors or not. The CSA Holder is responsible for ensuring that it has appropriate contractual provisions in place with any subcontractors to enable the CSA Holder to fully comply with the obligations of the CSA Holder. No subcontract whether consented to or not, relieves the CSA Holder from any obligations of the CSA Holder under this CSA OF or any Orders that may be formed.
