The Vendor shall have a Contract with any subcontractor that the Second Party contracts with to meet the statement of work, method of payment, and deliverables of this Contract that specifies the responsibilities of the parties and the cost. In addition, the Vendor’s Contract with the subcontractor shall specify that all requirements of this Contract are applicable and binding on the subcontractor.
