RESPONSIBILITY OF CONSULTANT Consultant shall take all responsibility for the work, shall bear all losses and damages directly or indirectly resulting to Consultant, to any subcontractor, to the City, to City officers and employees, or to parties designated by the City, on account of the performance or character of the work, unforeseen difficulties, accidents, occurrences or other causes to the extent predicated on active or passive negligence of the Consultant or of any subcontractor.
Responsibility of the Parties 9.1. In the event of non-performance or improper performance of their obligations under this contract, the Parties shall be liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITY FOR SYSTEM AGENCY’S TERMINATION COSTS If the System Agency terminates the Contract for cause, the Contractor shall be responsible to the System Agency for all costs incurred by the System Agency and the State of Texas to replace the Contractor. These costs include, but are not limited to, the costs of procuring a substitute vendor and the cost of any claim or litigation attributable to Contractor’s failure to perform any Work in accordance with the terms of the Contract.
PERFORMING AGENCY RESPONSIBILITY FOR SYSTEM AGENCY’S TERMINATION COSTS If the System Agency terminates the Contract for cause, the Performing Agency shall be responsible to the System Agency for all costs incurred by the System Agency and the State of Texas to replace the Performing Agency. Responsibility of Parties 51.3.1 The Parties agree to abide by the following if a forecast cannot be agreed to: Local Interconnection Trunk Groups will be provisioned to the higher forecast. A blocking standard of one percent (1%) during the average busy hour shall be maintained. Responsibility of the Contractor The Contractor shall be responsible for the quality, technical accuracy, and the coordination of all deliverables and other services furnished by the Contractor under this Contract. The Contractor shall, without additional compensation, correct, or revise any errors or deficiencies in the Work which are discovered within a twelve-month period of final completion of Work.
