Common use of Responsibility of Subscriber Clause in Contracts

Responsibility of Subscriber. The subscriber shall be responsible for providing and maintaining all hardware, software, modem, telephone service, and all other equipment required for accessing the Stearns County Web Portal, any of its data bases and data compilations. The subscriber shall be responsible for all actions performed by any and all of subscriber’s personnel and/or remote access users in regard to remote access and use of the County’s data bases and data compilations, and for any use or misuse of the subscriber’s equipment and/or passwords, regardless of the subscriber’s knowledge of the authorized or unauthorized actions of their personnel and/or remote access users.
