RESPONSIBILITY OF THE LESSOR AND XXXXXX’S ARCHITECT/ENGINEER. A. The Lessor shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, and the coordination of all designs, drawings, specifications, and other services furnished by the Lessor under this Lease.
