Common use of Responsibility to Communicate Clause in Contracts

Responsibility to Communicate. a) It shall be the responsibility of a central party to refer a dispute to the Committee, or to arbitration, in a timely manner. b) It shall be the responsibility of each central party to inform their respective local parties of the Committee’s disposition of the dispute at each step in the CDRP, including mediation and arbitration, and to direct them accordingly.
