RESPONSIBILITY TO COMPLY WITH OWNER’S SOFTWARE. The CMR shall be responsible as a part of the Work to use such software or software products as may be designated by the Contract Documents or otherwise directed for use by the Owner in performing all obligations, and exercising all rights, under the Contract Documents. Should there be any changes in any such software requirements during the Contract Period such change shall not be the basis of any claim of any sort by CMR.

  • CHILD ABUSE REPORTING CONTRACTOR hereby agrees to annually train all staff members, including volunteers, so that they are familiar with and agree to adhere to its own child and dependent adult abuse reporting obligations and procedures as specified in California Penal Code section 11165.7, AB 1432, and Education Code 44691. To protect the privacy rights of all parties involved (i.e., reporter, child and alleged abuser), reports will remain confidential as required by law and professional ethical mandates. A written statement acknowledging the legal requirements of such reporting and verification of staff adherence to such reporting shall be submitted to the LEA.

  • Contractor Responsibility (a) The Contractor shall be responsible for the entire Performance under the Contract regardless of whether the Contractor itself performs. The Contractor shall be the sole point of contact concerning the management of the Contract, including Performance and payment issues. The Contractor is solely and completely responsible for adherence by the Contractor Parties to all applicable provisions of the Contract.
