Common use of RESPONSIBILITY TO CORRECT Clause in Contracts

RESPONSIBILITY TO CORRECT. The CONSULTANT agrees to be responsible for the professional quality, technical adequacy and accuracy, timely completion, and the coordination of all data, studies, surveys, designs, specifications, calculations, estimates, plans, drawings, construction documents, photographs, reports, memoranda, other documents and instruments, and other services, work and materials performed, provided, and/or furnished by CONSULTANT or by any sub-consultants and/or subcontractors retained or engaged by the CONSULTANT pursuant to this Agreement. The CONSULTANT shall, without additional compensation, correct or revise any errors, omissions or other deficiencies in such data, studies, surveys, designs, specifications, calculations, estimates, plans, drawings, construction documents and instruments, and other services, work and materials resulting from the negligent act, errors or omissions or intentional misconduct of CONSULTANT or any sub-consultants or subcontractors engaged by the CONSULTANT.

The CONSULTANT Consultant shall, without additional compensation, correct or revise any errors, omissions or other deficiencies in such data, studies, surveys, designs, specifications, calculations, estimates, plans, drawings, construction documents and instruments, and other in its services, work and materials resulting from the negligent act, errors or omissions or intentional misconduct of CONSULTANT Consultant or any sub-consultants consultant(s) or subcontractors subcontractor(s) engaged by the CONSULTANTConsultant.
