EXTENT OF THE AGREEMENT. This Agreement represents the entire agreement between CITY and CONSULTANT and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations and agreements, either written or oral.
EXTENT OF THE AGREEMENT. A. This Agreement constitutes the sole and entire existing Agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior practices, whether oral or written, and expresses all obligations of, and restrictions imposed upon, the District and the NMEA. This Agreement is subject to amendment, alteration or additions, only by a subsequent written Agreement between and executed by, the District and the NMEA.
