RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE SERVICES. The County is responsible for the provision of Contract and administrative services covered under this Contract from the date the member is enrolled in the County, regardless of whether or not the County receives a capitation payment for that member for the initial month pursuant to the conditions agreed upon.
