Restatement of Agreement. This Agreement amended and restates the Second Restated Agreement, including the amendments thereto, in its entirety effective as of the date first above written and, effective as of such date, the Second Restated Agreement and the amendments thereto shall be of no further force or effect.

Restatement of Agreement. The terms and provisions of this Amendment may be incorporated into an amended and restated version of the Agreement that restates, but does not further amend, the Agreement as amended by this Amendment.
Restatement of Agreement. The Three-Year Revolving Credit Agreement dated as of July 1, 1992 has been restated to incorporate all changes contained in this and all prior Amendments and is attached as Exhibit I.
Restatement of Agreement. The Agreement may be restated such that it shall contain in a single document all of the provisions of the Agreement, as amended pursuant to this Amendment; provided that any such amended and restated Agreement shall be signed by the Company and the Executive.
