RESTAURATEUR’S OBLIGATIONS. The Restaurateur is obliged to provide relevant “KYC” (know your customer) documentation to the PSP in order to activate the CCI and/or PPT. The Restaurateur undertakes to use secure “https” protocol for all pages of its online services where the CCI and/or PPT are integrated. The Restaurateur is responsible for managing any litigation arising with a diner (card cancelled, card refused, insufficient funds, etc.). TheFork shall not be involved in dispute management between a diner and the Restaurateur in any way whatsoever.
