Restoration of Active Fibers. Except as provided in Paragraph 4(b), Licensor shall restore service to any damaged active Licensed Fibers as soon as reasonably practicable once Licensor has actual knowledge of such outage and shall notify Licensee within one (1) hour of service restoration. Licensee shall supply Licensor with the name and telephone contact number for purpose of this notification.
