Common use of Restoration of Demised Premises Clause in Contracts

Restoration of Demised Premises. The Lessee shall restore the Demised Premises nearly to the same condition in which they were taken, repairing at its own cost any damage that may be caused by any act or default by the Lessee, its servants, agents or visitors. However, normal wear and tear and any improvements/interior decoration work done with the knowledge or consent of the Lessor shall be accepted.
