Restoration of Primary Site Objective. In the event of a Disaster requiring the Failover of the Products or Services or Services from the Primary Site to the Secondary Site, Company will rebuild the Primary Site within ninety (90) days of the Disaster event. If the Secondary Site becomes the Primary Site, Company will rebuild the Secondary Site within ninety (90) days of the Disaster event. The Parties will mutually agree on a plan to Failback.
