Restoration of Records and Benefits. In all cases where the final decision is made in favor of the teacher, the charge or charges against them shall be expunged from the records. If, pending final decision as to their dismissal, such teacher has been suspended and, therefore, has suffered loss of salary, they shall be reimbursed in full for this time lost.
