Common use of Restoration of Rights Clause in Contracts

Restoration of Rights. In case Lender or Trustee shall have proceeded to enforce any right under any Loan Document by power of sale, entry or otherwise, and such proceedings shall have been discontinued or abandoned for any reason or shall have been determined adversely to Lender or Trustee, then, in every such case, Borrower, Indemnitor, Lender and Trustee shall be restored to their former positions and rights thereunder.
