Common use of Restricted Discussions Clause in Contracts

Restricted Discussions. From the date ofsolicitation issuance until final County action, Vendors will not discuss any part of the solicitation with any employee, agent, or other representative of the County except as expressly authorized by the designated procurement representative. The only communications that will be considered pertinent to a solicitation are appropriately signed written documents from the Vendor to the designated procurement representative and any relevant written document promulgated by the designated procurement representative.
