A) No teacher shall be required to carry out any of the following procedures: ▪ Lifting and positioning; ▪ Assistance with mobility; ▪ Feeding; ▪ Toileting; ▪ Injecting of any substance. B) The Board shall, through existing or supplementary insurance coverage, insure teachers against claims arising from the administration of medication in emergency/non emergency situations.
