Restricted Transfers from Argentina. If Restricted Transfers of Personal Data subject to Argentine law are made by or on behalf of Company to Supplier or any Subprocessor, the Parties agree that all such Transfers shall be governed by the Argentine Model Clauses, which are hereby executed and entered into by and between Company and Supplier and incorporated into this DPSA by reference. The Annex to the Argentine Model Clauses is attached hereto as Schedule 6.

Restricted Transfers from Argentina. If Restricted Transfers of Personal Data subject originating in Argentina is Transferred by Customer to Argentine law are made by or on behalf McAfee Enterprise in a country that has not been found to provide an adequate level of Company to Supplier or any Subprocessorprotection under Applicable Laws, the Parties parties agree that all such Transfers the transfer shall be governed by the Argentine Model Clauses, the terms of which are hereby executed and entered into by and between Company and Supplier and incorporated into this DPSA herein by reference. The Annex Each party’s signature to the DPA shall be considered a signature to the Argentine Model Clauses is attached hereto as Schedule 6to the extent that the Argentine Model Clauses apply hereunder.
