Common use of Restriction of Staff Clause in Contracts

Restriction of Staff. DFPS reserves the right to require Grantee to remove any employee, volunteer, or agent of the Grantee or any subgrantee from the provision of services under this Grant or to prohibit any employee, volunteer, or agent of the Grantee or any subgrantee from having direct contact with DFPS referred Participants or Participant records.
