Common use of Restriction of Use; Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Restriction of Use; Confidentiality. Each of the Parties agrees not to use any Confidential Information (as defined below) for any purpose other than to accomplish the intent of this Agreement. No other rights or licenses to trademarks, inventions, copyrights, or patents are implied or granted under this Agreement. Confidential Information supplied shall not be reproduced in any form except as required to accomplish the intent of this Agreement. Each Party agrees to keep all such Confidential Information confidential and, at a minimum, treat this Confidential Information in the same confidential manner it would treat its own most confidential information, and shall not disclose it to others or use it for any purpose except as required to accomplish the intent of this Agreement.
