Restriction on Printing. The Government authorizes the reproduction of reports, data or other written material, if required, provided the material produced does not exceed 5,000 production units of any page, and items consisting of multiple pages do not exceed 25,000 production units in the aggregate. The contractor shall obtain the express prior written authorization of the contracting officer to reproduce material in excess of the quantities cited above.
