Line Item Description. In accordance with this contract, the Contractor, independently and not as an agent of the Government, shall provide all necessary materials, labor, equipment, and facilities, except as specified herein to be furnished by the Government, and shall do all that which is necessary or incident to the satisfactory and timely performance of the above Contract Line Item Number (CLINs) 0001.
