Restrictions on Change of Scope (i) No Change of Scope shall be executed unless the Authority has issued the Change of Scope Order save and except any Works necessary for meeting any Emergency.
Restriction on Use The Contractor agrees that to the extent it receives or is given any information from NYSERDA or a NYSERDA contractor or subcontractor, the Contractor shall treat such data in accordance with any restrictive legend contained thereon or instructions given by NYSERDA, unless another use is specifically authorized by prior written approval of the NYSERDA Project Manager. Contractor acknowledges that in the performance of the Work under this Agreement, Contractor may come into possession of personal information as that term is defined in Section 92 of the New York State Public Officers Law. CHANGE OF T-PIN The Account Holder may change his T-PIN from time to time in accordance with the Bank’s prescribed procedure then prevailing. The Bank shall be entitled, in its reasonable discretion but without liability and without giving any reason, to reject any selection made by the Account Holder as his substituted T-PIN; if the Bank so approves, such substituted T-PIN, shall take effect from the time of receipt by the Bank of such instructions from the Account Holder. The Account Holder shall take all steps not to select such numbers as a substitute T-PIN which may easily be ascertained or otherwise facilitate fraud or forgery.
Waiver or Change of Policy Provisions A waiver or change of a provision of this policy must be in writing by us to be valid. Our request for an appraisal or examination will not waive any of our rights.
Restriction of Use Network Rail shall make payments (in accordance with the procedure in paragraph 13) calculated in accordance with paragraphs 3 and 4 to the Train Operator in respect of any Type 1 Restriction of Use.
PROHIBITION ON NON-COMPETE RESTRICTIONS Grantee shall not require any employees or Subcontractors to agree to any conditions, such as non-compete clauses or other contractual arrangements that would limit or restrict such persons or entities from employment or contracting with the State of Texas.
Change of Ownership Contractor agrees that if there is a change or transfer in ownership of Contractor’s business prior to completion of this Contract, the new owners shall be required under terms of sale or other transfer to assume Contractor’s duties and obligations contained in this Contract and complete them to the satisfaction of County.
Change of agreement (a) We may at any time vary, modify, add to or delete the terms and conditions of this agreement and the Privacy Circular and we will notify you of any such changes in such manner as we may, in our reasonable discretion, deem fit.
