Restriction on Scope of Services. During the Term, the Company shall not be involved in providing any television program service or channel using the Licensor Trademarks which is intended for general reception, whether by use of decoder devices or otherwise, outside the Territory; provided, however, that, a television program service or channel using the Licensor Trademarks that is received outside the Territory due to unintentional spillover shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement so long as it was not transmitted in a manner intended for general reception outside the Territory.
