Restriction Requests; Confidential Communications. Business Associate shall immediately notify Company’s Privacy Officer of any individual request made pursuant to 45 C.F.R. § 164.522 that Company or Business Associate restrict the disclosure of protected health information of the individual. Business Associate will comply with any requests for restriction requests and confidential communications of which it is aware and to which Company agrees pursuant to 45 C.F.R. § 164.522 (a) and (b).
