Restrictions and Exceptions to Advancement. In order for a Residential Faculty member to be advanced one (1) vertical step on the salary schedule, that Residential Faculty member shall have worked at least one (1) full semester as a Residential Faculty member. If the member worked less than one (1) full semester as a Residential Faculty member, he/she will remain on the same step of the schedule for the following year.
