Restrictions on Class Size. Any restrictions on class size shall be decided by the Department Educational Policy Committee in consultation with the Xxxx. This revised section 9.14 is not intended to modify any restrictions on class size that were in place prior to the effective date of this Agreement. Any changes to pre-existing restrictions on class size shall be decided by the Department Educational Policy Committee in consultation with the Xxxx.
