Restrictions on Enforcement of Junior Liens. (a) Until the Discharge of Parity Lien Obligations, the holders of the Notes and the holders of other Parity Lien Obligations will have, subject to the exceptions set forth below in clauses (1) through (4), the exclusive right to authorize and direct the Collateral Trustee with respect to the Security Documents and the Collateral (including, without limitation, the exclusive right to authorize or direct the Collateral Trustee to enforce, collect or realize on any Collateral or exercise any other right or remedy with respect to the Collateral) and neither the provisions of the Security Documents relating thereto (other than in accordance with this Agreement), nor any Junior Lien Representative or holder of Junior Lien Obligations, if any, may, authorize or direct the Collateral Trustee with respect to such matters.
