RESTRICTIONS ON SHARING CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. The Recipient shall limit access to Confidential Information to only those of the Recipient’s employees, authorized representatives, or subcontractors who (a) have a need to know the Confidential Information for the Recipient to fulfill its obligations and duties to Efficiency Vermont or for a purpose specifically authorized by the Commission, and b) have signed a protective agreement containing confidentiality obligations at least as restrictive as those contained herein.
