Restrictions on Use. Company agrees not to use any Services in, or for, any illegal, fraudulent, unauthorized or improper manner or purpose and will only use in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including all applicable state, federal, and international internet, data, telecommunications, telemarketing, “spam,” and import/export laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, Company agrees that Company will not use the Services and System to transmit or disseminate: a. junk mail, spam, or unsolicited material to persons or entities that have not agreed to receive such material or to whom Company do not otherwise have a legal right to send such material; b. material that infringes or violates any third party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, privacy, or confidentiality, or the rights or legal obligations of any wireless service provider or any of its clients or subscribers; c. material or data, that is illegal, or material or data, as determined by Bank (in Bank’s sole discretion), that is harassing, coercive, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, materials that are harmful to minors or excessive in quantity, or materials the transmission of which could diminish or harm Bank’s reputation or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Site involved in the provision of the Services; d. material or data that is alcoholic beverage-related (e.g., beer, wine, or liquor), tobacco-related (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco), guns or weapons-related (e.g., firearms, bullets), illegal drugs-related (e.g., marijuana, cocaine), pornographic-related (e.g., adult themes, sexual content), crime-related (e.g., organized crime, notorious characters), violence-related (e.g., violent games), death-related (e.g., funeral homes, mortuaries), hate-related (e.g. racist organizations), gambling-related (e.g., casinos, lotteries), specifically mentions any wireless carrier or copies or parodies the products or Services of any wireless carrier; e. viruses, Banking Trojans, worms, malware, ransomware, time bombs, bots, unverified third party applications, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information; f. any material or information that is false, misleading, or inaccurate; g. any material that would expose Bank, or any Designated Service Provider, or Third Party Site to liability; or, h. any signal or impulse that could cause electrical, magnetic, optical, or other technical harm to the equipment or facilities of Bank or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Site. Company agrees that Company will not attempt to: i. access any System or Service(s) for which Company’s use has not been authorized; j. use or attempt to use a third party’s account; k. interfere in any manner the provision of the Services or System, the security of the Services or System, or other customers of the Services or System; or, l. otherwise abuse the Services or System.

Company agrees You agree not to use any the Mobile Banking Services in, or for, the Software in or for any illegal, fraudulent, unauthorized or improper manner or purpose and agree that such Mobile Banking Services and Software will only use be used in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including all applicable state, federal, and international internetInternet, data, telecommunications, telemarketing, “"spam,” " and import/export laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, Company agrees you agree that Company you will not use the Mobile Banking Services and System or the Software to transmit or disseminate: a. : (i) junk mail, spam, or unsolicited material to persons or entities that have not agreed to receive such material or to whom Company you do not otherwise have a legal right to send such material; b. ; (ii) material that infringes or violates any third party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, privacy, or confidentiality, or the rights or legal obligations of any wireless service provider or any of its clients or subscribers; c. ; (iii) material or data, that is illegal, or material or data, as determined by the Bank (in Bank’s its sole discretion), that is harassing, coercive, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, materials that are harmful to minors or excessive in quantity, or materials the transmission of which could diminish or harm Bank’s the reputation of Bank or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Site third-party service provider involved in the provision of the Mobile Banking Services; d. ; (iv) material or data that is alcoholic beverage-related (e.g., beer, wine, or liquor), tobacco-related (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco), guns or weapons-related (e.g., firearms, bullets), illegal drugs-related (e.g., marijuana, cocaine), pornographic-related (e.g., adult themes, sexual content), crime-related (e.g., organized crime, notorious characters), violence-related (e.g., violent games), death-related (e.g., funeral homes, mortuaries), hate-related (e.g. racist organizations), gambling-related (e.g., casinos, lotteries), specifically mentions any wireless carrier or copies or parodies the products or Services services of any wireless carrier; e. ; (v) viruses, Banking TrojansTrojan horses, worms, malware, ransomware, time bombs, bots, unverified third party applicationscancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information; f. ; (vi) any material or information that is false, misleading, or inaccurate; g. ; (vii) any material that would expose Bankthe Bank , any third-party service provider involved in providing the Mobile Banking Services, or any Designated Service Provider, or Third Party Site other third party to liability; or, h. or (viii) any signal or impulse that could cause electrical, magnetic, optical, or other technical harm to the equipment or facilities of Bank Bank, Fiserv or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Sitethird party. Company agrees You agree that Company you will not attempt to: i. : (a) access any System software or Service(s) services for which Company’s your use has not been authorized; j. ; or (b) use or attempt to use a third party’s account; k. ; or (c) interfere in any manner with the provision of the Mobile Banking Services or Systemthe Software, the security of the Mobile Banking Services or Systemthe Software, or other customers of the Mobile Banking Services or Systemthe Software; or, l. or (d) otherwise abuse the Mobile Banking Services or Systemthe Software.

Without limiting the foregoing, Company agrees you agree that Company you will not use the Services and System Software to transmit or disseminate: a. : (i) junk mail, spam, or unsolicited material to persons or entities that have not agreed to receive such material or to whom Company you do not otherwise have a legal right to send such material; b. ; (ii) material that infringes or violates any third party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, privacy, or confidentiality, or the rights or legal obligations of any wireless service provider or any of its clients or subscribers; c. ; (iii) material or data, that is illegal, or material or data, as determined by Bank Waterford (in Bank’s its sole discretion), that is harassing, coercive, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, materials that are harmful to minors or excessive in quantity, or materials the transmission of which could diminish or harm Bank’s the reputation of Waterford or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Site third-party service provider involved in the provision of the Services; d. ; or (iv) material or data that is alcoholic beverage-related (e.g., beer, wine, or liquor), tobacco-related (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco), guns or weapons-related (e.g., firearms, bullets), illegal drugs-related (e.g., marijuana, cocaine), pornographic-related (e.g., adult themes, sexual content), crime-related (e.g., organized crime, notorious characters), violence-related (e.g., violent games), death-death- related (e.g., funeral homes, mortuaries), hate-related (e.g. racist organizations), gambling-related (e.g., casinos, lotteries), specifically mentions any wireless carrier or copies or parodies the products or Services of any wireless carrier; e. ; (v) viruses, Banking Trojans, worms, malware, ransomwaretrojan horses, worms, time bombs, bots, unverified third party applicationscancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information; f. ; (vi) any material or information that is false, misleading, or inaccurate; g. ; (vii) any material that would expose BankWaterford, any third-party service provider involved in providing the Services, or any Designated Service Provider, or Third Party Site other third party to liability; or, h. or (viii) any signal or impulse that could cause electrical, magnetic, optical, or other technical harm to the equipment or facilities of Bank Waterford or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Sitethird party. Company agrees You agree that Company you will not attempt to: i. : (i) access any System Software or Service(s) Services for which Company’s your use has not been authorized; j. ; or (ii) use or attempt to use a third party’s account; k. ; or (iii) interfere in any manner the provision of the Services or SystemSoftware, the security of the Services or SystemSoftware, or other customers of the Services or System; orSoftware, l. or otherwise abuse the Services or SystemSoftware.

Without limiting the foregoing, Company agrees you agree that Company you will not use Mobile Banking or the Services and System Software to transmit or disseminate: a. : (i) junk mail, spam, or unsolicited material to persons or entities that have not agreed to receive such material or to whom Company you do not otherwise have a legal right to send such material; b. ; (ii) material that infringes or violates any third party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, privacy, or confidentiality, or the rights or legal obligations of any wireless service provider or any of its clients or subscribers; c. ; (iii) material or data, that is illegal, or material or data, as determined by Nekoosa Port Xxxxxxx State Bank (in Bank’s its sole discretion), that is harassing, coercive, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, materials that are harmful to minors or excessive in quantity, or materials the transmission of which could diminish or harm Bank’s the reputation of Nekoosa Port Xxxxxxx State Bank or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Site third-party service provider involved in the provision of the Services; d. Mobile Banking; (iv) material or data that is alcoholic beverage-related (e.g., beer, wine, or liquor), tobacco-related (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco), guns or weapons-related (e.g., firearms, bullets), illegal drugs-related (e.g., marijuana, cocaine), pornographic-related (e.g., adult themes, sexual content), crime-related (e.g., organized crime, notorious characters), violence-related (e.g., violent games), death-related (e.g., funeral homes, mortuaries), hate-related (e.g. racist organizations), gambling-related (e.g., casinos, lotteries), specifically mentions any wireless carrier or copies or parodies the products or Services services of any wireless carrier; e. ; (v) viruses, Banking TrojansTrojan horses, worms, malware, ransomware, time bombs, bots, unverified third party applicationscancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information; f. ; (vi) any material or information that is false, misleading, or inaccurate; g. ; (vii) any material that would expose Nekoosa Port Xxxxxxx State Bank, any third-party service provider involved in providing Mobile Banking, or any Designated Service Provider, or Third Party Site other third party to liability; or, h. or (viii) any signal or impulse that could cause electrical, magnetic, optical, or other technical harm to the equipment or facilities of Bank Fiserv or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Sitethird party. Company agrees You agree that Company you will not attempt to: i. : (a) access any System software or Service(s) services for which Company’s your use has not been authorized; j. ; or (b) use or attempt to use a third party’s account; k. ; or (c) interfere in any manner with the provision of Mobile Banking or the Services or SystemSoftware, the security of Mobile Banking or the Services or SystemSoftware, or other customers of Mobile Banking or the Services Software; or System; or, l. (d) otherwise abuse Mobile Banking or the Services or SystemSoftware.

Restrictions on Use. Company agrees You will not to knowingly, nor will you knowingly permit your customers or any other third party to, use any Services in, or for, the Software for any illegal, fraudulent, unauthorized or improper manner or purpose purpose, and will only use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including all applicable state, federal, federal and international internet, data, telecommunications, telemarketing, “spam,” spam and import/export laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, Company agrees that Company you will not knowingly allow your customers to use the Services and System Software to transmit or disseminate: a. : (i) junk mail, spam, spam or unsolicited material to persons or entities that have not agreed to receive such material or to whom Company you or your customers do not otherwise have a legal right to send such material; b. ; (ii) material that infringes or violates any third party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, privacy, or confidentiality, or the rights or legal obligations of any wireless service provider or any of its clients customers or subscribers; c. ; (iii) material or data, that is illegal, or material or data, as determined by Bank (in Bank’s sole discretion), data that is harassing, coercive, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, obscene or otherwise objectionableobjectionable (as determined by DynamicWeb in its sole discretion), materials that are harmful to minors or excessive in quantity, ; or materials the transmission (iv) material that offers for sale or commercial distribution of which could diminish or harm Bank’s reputation or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Site involved in the provision of the Services; d. material or data that is alcoholic beverage-related beverages (e.g., beer, wine, or liquor), tobacco-related tobacco products (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco), guns weapons or weapons-related ammunition (e.g., firearms, bullets), illegal drugs-related drugs (e.g., marijuana, heroin or cocaine), pornographic-related pornography (e.g., adult themes, sexual content), crime-related or gambling products; (e.g., organized crime, notorious characters), violence-related (e.g., violent games), death-related (e.g., funeral homes, mortuaries), hate-related (e.g. racist organizations), gambling-related (e.g., casinos, lotteries), specifically mentions any wireless carrier or copies or parodies the products or Services of any wireless carrier; e. v) viruses, Banking TrojansTrojan horses, worms, malware, ransomware, time bombs, bots, unverified third party applications, cancelbots or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, data or personal information; f. ; (vi) any material or information that is knowingly false, misleading, or inaccurate; g. ; or (vii) any material that would expose BankDynamicWeb, any third-party service provider involved in providing hosting or any Designated Service Provider, or Third Party Site other third party to legal liability; or, h. any signal or impulse that could cause electrical, magnetic, optical, or other technical harm to the equipment or facilities of Bank or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Site. Company agrees that Company will not attempt to: i. access any System or Service(s) for which Company’s use has not been authorized; j. use or attempt to use a third party’s account; k. interfere in any manner the provision of the Services or System, the security of the Services or System, or other customers of the Services or System; or, l. otherwise abuse the Services or System.

Without limiting the foregoing, Company agrees you agree that Company you will not use Mobile Express Banking or the Services and System Software to transmit or disseminate: a. : (i) junk mail, spam, or unsolicited material to persons or entities that have not agreed to receive such material or to whom Company you do not otherwise have a legal right to send such material; b. ; (ii) material that infringes or violates any third party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, privacy, or confidentiality, or the rights or legal obligations of any wireless service provider or any of its clients or subscribers; c. ; (iii) material or data, that is illegal, or material or data, as determined by Farmers Trust & Savings Bank (in Bank’s its sole discretion), that is harassing, coercive, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, materials that are harmful to minors or excessive in quantity, or materials the transmission of which could diminish or harm Bank’s the reputation of Farmers Trust & Savings Bank or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Site third- party service provider involved in the provision of the Services; d. Mobile Express Banking; (iv) material or data that is alcoholic beverage-related (e.g., beer, wine, or liquor), tobacco-related (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco), guns or weapons-related (e.g., firearms, bullets), illegal drugs-related (e.g., marijuana, cocaine), pornographic-related (e.g., adult themes, sexual content), crime-related (e.g., organized crime, notorious characters), violence-related (e.g., violent games), death-related (e.g., funeral homes, mortuaries), hate-related (e.g. racist organizations), gambling-related (e.g., casinos, lotteries), specifically mentions any wireless carrier or copies or parodies the products or Services services of any wireless carrier; e. ; (v) viruses, Banking TrojansTrojan horses, worms, malware, ransomware, time bombs, cancel bots, unverified third party applications, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information; f. ; (vi) any material or information that is false, misleading, or inaccurate; g. ; (vii) any material that would expose Farmers Trust & Savings Bank, any third-party service provider involved in providing Mobile Express Banking, or any Designated Service Provider, or Third Party Site other third party to liability; or, h. or (viii) any signal or impulse that could cause electrical, magnetic, optical, or other technical harm to the equipment or facilities of Bank Fiserv or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Sitethird party. Company agrees You agree that Company you will not attempt to: i. (a) access any System software or Service(s) services for which Company’s your use has not been authorized; j. ; or (b) use or attempt to use a third party’s account; k. ; or (c) interfere in any manner with the provision of Mobile Express Banking or the Services or SystemSoftware, the security of Mobile Express Banking or the Services or SystemSoftware, or other customers of Mobile Express Banking or the Services Software; or System; or, l. (d) otherwise abuse Mobile Express Banking or the Services or SystemSoftware.

Material or data, that is illegal, or material or data, as determined by Bank Financial Institution (in Bank’s its sole discretion), that is harassing, coercive, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, materials that are harmful to minors or excessive in quantity, or materials the transmission of which could diminish or harm Bank’s the reputation of Financial Institution or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Site third -party service provider involved in the provision of the Services;. d. material 4. Interfere in any manner the provision of the Services or SystemSoftware, the security of the Services or SystemSoftware, or other customers of the Services or System; orSoftware, l. or otherwise abuse the Services or SystemSoftware.

Without limiting the foregoing, Company agrees you agree that Company you will not use Digital (online and/or mobile) Banking or the Services and System Software to transmit or disseminate: a. (i) junk mail, spam, or unsolicited material to persons or entities that have not agreed to receive such material or to whom Company you do not otherwise have a legal right to send such material; b. (ii) material that infringes or violates any third party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, privacy, or confidentiality, or the rights or legal obligations of any wireless service provider or any of its clients or subscribers; c. (iii) material or data, that is illegal, or material or data, as determined by the Bank (in Bank’s its sole discretion), that is harassing, coercive, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, materials that are harmful to minors or excessive in quantity, or materials the transmission of which could diminish or harm Bank’s the reputation of the Bank or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Site third-party service provider involved in the provision of the ServicesDigital (online and/or mobile) Banking; d. (viii) any signal or impulse that could cause electrical, magnetic, optical, or other technical harm to the equipment or facilities of Bank or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Sitethird-party. Company agrees You agree that Company you will not attempt to: i. to (A) access any System software or Service(s) services for which Company’s your use has not been authorized; j. ; (B) use or attempt to use a third party’s accountAccount; k. interfere in any manner the provision of the Services or System, the security of the Services or System, or other customers of the Services or System; or, l. otherwise abuse the Services or System.

Without limiting the foregoing, Company agrees you agree that Company you will not use Mobile Banking or the Services and System to Software to: (i) transmit or disseminate: a. disseminate junk mail, spam, or unsolicited material to persons or entities that have not agreed to receive such material or to whom Company you do not otherwise have a legal right to send such material; b. (ii) transmit or disseminate material that infringes or violates any third party’s 's copyright, patents, trademark, trade secret, intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, privacy, or confidentiality, or the rights or legal obligations of any wireless service provider or any of its clients or subscribers, including any rights in the Software; c. (v) transmit or disseminate material or data that is alcoholic beverage-related (e.g., beer, wine, or liquor), tobacco-related (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco), guns or weapons-related (e.g., firearms, bullets), illegal drugs-related (e.g., marijuana, cocaine), pornographic-related (e.g., adult themes, sexual content), crime-related (e.g., organized crime, notorious characters), violence-related (e.g., violent games), death-related (e.g., funeral homes, mortuaries), hate-related (e.g. racist organizations), gambling-related (e.g., casinos, lotteries), specifically mentions any wireless carrier or copies or parodies the products or Services services of any wireless carrier; e. (vi) transmit or disseminate viruses, Banking TrojansTrojan horses, worms, malware, ransomware, time bombs, bots, unverified third party applicationscancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information; f. (vii) transmit or disseminate any material or information that is false, misleading, or inaccurate; g. (viii) transmit or disseminate any material that would expose ProGrowth Bank, any third-party service provider involved in providing Mobile Banking, or any Designated Service Provider, or Third Party Site other third party to liability; or, h. (ix) transmit or disseminate any signal or impulse that could cause electrical, magnetic, optical, or other technical harm to the equipment or facilities of Bank Fiserv or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Site. Company agrees that Company will not attempt to:third party. i. (a) access any System software or Service(s) services for which Company’s your use has not been authorized;; or j. (b) use or attempt to use a third party’s 's account;; or k. (c) interfere in any manner with the provision of Mobile Banking or the Services or SystemSoftware, the security of Mobile Banking or the Services or SystemSoftware, or other customers of Mobile Banking or the Services or SystemSoftware; or, l. (d) otherwise abuse Mobile Banking or the Services or SystemSoftware.

Restrictions on Use. Company agrees You agree not to use any Services in, Digital (online and/or mobile) Banking or for, the Software in or for any illegal, fraudulent, unauthorized or improper manner or purpose and will only use be used in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including all applicable state, federal, and international internetInternet, data, telecommunications, telemarketing, “"spam,” " and import/export laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, Company agrees you agree that Company you will not use Digital (online and/or mobile) Banking or the Services and System Software to transmit or disseminate: a. (i) junk mail, spam, or unsolicited material to persons or entities that have not agreed to receive such material or to whom Company you do not otherwise have a legal right to send such material; b. (ii) material that infringes or violates any third party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, privacy, or confidentiality, or the rights or legal obligations of any wireless service provider or any of its clients or subscribers; c. (iii) material or data, that is illegal, or material or data, as determined by the Bank (in Bank’s its sole discretion), that is harassing, coercive, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, materials that are harmful to minors or excessive in quantity, or materials the transmission of which could diminish or harm Bank’s the reputation of the Bank or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Site third-party service provider involved in the provision of the ServicesDigital (online and/or mobile) Banking; d. (iv) material or data that is alcoholic beverage-related (e.g., beer, wine, or liquor), tobacco-tobacco- related (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco), guns or weapons-related (e.g., firearms, firearms or bullets), illegal drugs-related (e.g., marijuana, cocaine), pornographic-related (e.g., adult themes, sexual content), crime-related (e.g., organized crime, notorious characters), violence-related (e.g., violent games), death-related (e.g., funeral homes, mortuaries), hate-related (e.g. e.g., racist organizations), gambling-related (e.g., casinos, lotteries), specifically mentions any wireless carrier or copies or parodies the products or Services services of any wireless carrier; e. (v) viruses, Banking TrojansTrojan horses, worms, malware, ransomware, time bombs, bots, unverified third party applicationscancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information; f. (vi) any material or information that is false, misleading, or inaccurate; g. (vii) any material that would expose Bankthe Bank or any third-party service provider involved in providing Digital (online and/or mobile) Banking, or any Designated Service Provider, or Third Party Site other third-party to liability; or, h. (viii) any signal or impulse that could cause electrical, magnetic, optical, or other technical harm to the equipment or facilities of Bank or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Sitethird-party. Company agrees You agree that Company you will not attempt to: i. to (A) access any System software or Service(s) services for which Company’s your use has not been authorized; j. ; (B) use or attempt to use a third party’s account; k. Account; (C) interfere in any manner with the provision of Digital (online and/or mobile) Banking or the Services or SystemSoftware, the security of Digital (online and/or mobile) Banking or the Services or SystemSoftware, or other customers of Digital (online and/or mobile) Banking or the Services Software; or System; or, l. (D) otherwise abuse Digital (online and/or mobile) Banking or the Services or SystemSoftware.

Without limiting the foregoing, Company agrees you agree that Company you will not use the Services and System Software to transmit or disseminate: a. : (i) junk mail, spam, or unsolicited material to persons or entities that have not agreed to receive such material or to whom Company you do not otherwise have a legal right to send such material; b. ; (ii) material that infringes or violates any third party’s partys intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, privacy, or confidentiality, or the rights or legal obligations of any wireless service provider or any of its clients or subscribers; c. ; (iii) material or data, that is illegal, or material or data, as determined by Bank Financial Institution (in Bank’s its sole discretion), that is harassing, coercive, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, materials that are harmful to minors or excessive in quantity, or materials the transmission of which could diminish or harm Bank’s the reputation of Financial Institution or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Site third-party service provider involved in the provision of the Services; d. ; or (iv) material or data that is alcoholic beverage-related (e.g., beer, wine, or liquor), tobacco-related (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco), guns or weapons-related (e.g., firearms, bullets), illegal drugs-related (e.g., marijuana, cocaine), pornographic-related (e.g., adult themes, sexual content), crime-crime- related (e.g., organized crime, notorious characters), violence-related (e.g., violent games), death-related (e.g., funeral homes, mortuaries), hate-related (e.g. racist organizations), gambling-related (e.g., casinos, lotteries), specifically mentions any wireless carrier or copies or parodies the products or Services of any wireless carrier; e. ; (v) viruses, Banking TrojansTrojan horses, worms, malware, ransomware, time bombs, bots, unverified third party applicationscancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information; f. ; (vi) any material or information that is false, misleading, or inaccurate; g. ; (vii) any material that would expose BankFinancial Institution, any third-party service provider involved in providing the Services, or any Designated Service Provider, or Third Party Site other third party to liability; or, h. or (viii) any signal or impulse that could cause electrical, magnetic, optical, or other technical harm to the equipment or facilities of Bank Century Federal Credit Union or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Sitethird party. Company agrees You agree that Company you will not attempt to: i. access any System or Service(s) for which Company’s use has not been authorized; j. use or attempt to use a third party’s account; k. interfere in any manner the provision of the Services or System, the security of the Services or System, or other customers of the Services or System; or, l. otherwise abuse the Services or System.

Without limiting the foregoing, Company agrees you agree that Company you will not use the Services and System software to transmit or disseminate: a. : (i) junk mail, spam, or unsolicited material to persons or entities that have not agreed to receive such material or to whom Company you do not otherwise have a legal right to send such material; b. ; (ii) material that infringes or violates any third party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, privacy, or confidentiality, or the rights or legal obligations of any wireless service provider or any of its clients or subscribers; c. ; (iii) material or data, that is illegal, or material or data, as determined by Bank us (in Bank’s our sole discretion), that is harassing, coercive, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, materials that are harmful to minors or excessive in quantity, or materials the transmission of which could diminish or harm Bank’s our reputation or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Site third-party service provider involved in the provision of the Services; d. ; (iv) material or data that is alcoholic beverage-related (e.g., beer, wine, or liquor), tobacco-related (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco), guns or weapons-related (e.g., firearms, bullets), illegal drugs-drugs- related (e.g., marijuana, cocaine), pornographic-related (e.g., adult themes, sexual content), crime-related (e.g., organized crime, notorious characters), violence-related (e.g., violent games), death-related (e.g., funeral homes, mortuaries), hate-related (e.g. racist organizations), gambling-related (e.g., casinos, lotteries), specifically mentions any wireless carrier or copies or parodies the products or Services of any wireless carrier; e. ; (v) viruses, Banking TrojansTrojan horses, worms, malware, ransomware, time bombs, bots, unverified third party applicationscancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information; f. ; (vi) any material or information that is false, misleading, or inaccurate; g. ; (vii) any material that would expose Bankus, or any Designated Service Providerthird-party service provider involved in providing the Services, or Third Party Site any other third party to liability; or, h. or (viii) any signal or impulse that could cause electrical, magnetic, optical, or other technical harm to the equipment or facilities of Bank or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Sitethird party. Company agrees You agree that Company you will not attempt to: i. : (a) access any System software or Service(s) Services for which Company’s your use has not been authorized; j. ; (b) use or attempt to use a third party’s account; k. ; (c) interfere in any manner the provision of the Services or Systemsoftware, the security of the Services or Systemsoftware, or other customers of the Services or Systemsoftware; or, l. or (d) otherwise abuse the Services or Systemsoftware. MOBILE REMOTE DEPOSIT CAPTURE You agree that Mobile Remote Deposit Capture using Remote Deposit Capture System and Mobile Services shall be governed by these terms and conditions and other relevant terms of the agreement(s) governing Account into which checks are deposited (including, but not limited to, our “Understanding Your Deposit Account,” “Service Charges” and “Electronic Funds Transfer” brochures), and that we may change or discontinue the terms and conditions for Mobile Remote Deposit Capture at any time.

Restrictions on Use. Company agrees You agree not to use any Services in, Mobile Banking or for, the Software in or for any illegal, fraudulent, unauthorized or improper manner or purpose and will only use be used in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including all applicable state, federal, and international internetInternet, data, telecommunications, telemarketing, “spam,” and import/export laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, Company agrees you agree that Company you will not use Mobile Banking or the Services and System Software to transmit or disseminate: a. : (i) junk mail, spam, or unsolicited material to persons or entities that have not agreed to receive such material material, or to whom Company you do not otherwise have a legal right to send such material; b. ; (ii) material that infringes or violates any third party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, privacy, or confidentiality, or the rights or legal obligations of any wireless service provider provider, or any of its clients or subscribers; c. ; (iii) material or data, that is illegal, or material or data, as determined by Franklin Savings Bank (in Bank’s its sole discretion), that is harassing, coercive, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, materials that are harmful to minors or excessive in quantity, or materials the transmission of which could diminish or harm the reputation of Franklin Savings Bank’s reputation , or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Site third‐party service provider involved in the provision of the Services; d. Mobile Banking; (iv) material or data that is alcoholic beverage-related (e.g., beer, wine, or liquor), tobacco-related (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco), guns or weapons-related (e.g., firearms, bullets), illegal drugs-related drugsrelated (e.g., marijuana, cocaine), pornographic-related pornographic‐related (e.g., adult themes, sexual content), crime-related crime‐related (e.g., organized crime, notorious characters), violence-violence or death related (e.g.games, violent games), death-related (e.g., funeral homes, mortuaries), hate-related hate‐related (e.g. racist organizations), gambling-related gambling‐related (e.g., casinos, lotteries), specifically mentions any wireless carrier or copies or parodies the products or Services services of any wireless carrier; e. ; (v) viruses, Banking TrojansTrojan horses, worms, malware, ransomware, time bombs, bots, unverified third party applicationscancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information; f. ; (vi) any material or information that is false, misleading, or inaccurate; g. ; (vii) any material that would expose Franklin Savings Bank, any third‐party service provider involved in providing Mobile Banking, or any Designated Service Provider, or Third Party Site other third party to liability; or, h. any signal or impulse that could cause electrical, magnetic, optical, or other technical harm to the equipment or facilities of Bank or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Site. Company agrees that Company will not attempt to: i. access any System or Service(s) for which Company’s use has not been authorized; j. use or attempt to use a third party’s account; k. interfere in any manner the provision of the Services or System, the security of the Services or System, or other customers of the Services or System; or, l. otherwise abuse the Services or System.

Without limiting the foregoing, Company agrees you agree that Company you will not use Mobile Banking or the Services and System Software to transmit or disseminate: a. : (i) junk mail, spam, or unsolicited material to persons or entities that have not agreed to receive such material or to whom Company you do not otherwise have a legal right to send such material; b. ; (ii) material that infringes or violates any third party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, privacy, or confidentiality, or the rights or legal obligations of any wireless service provider or any of its clients or subscribers; c. ; (iii) material or data, that is illegal, or material or data, as determined by Sovereign Bank (in Bank’s its sole discretiondiscre- tion), that is harassing, coercive, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, materials that are harmful to minors or excessive in quantity, or materials the transmission of which could diminish or harm Bank’s the reputation of Sovereign Bank or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Site third-party service provider involved in the provision of the Services; d. Mobile Banking; (iv) material or data that is alcoholic beverage-related re- lated (e.g., beer, wine, or liquor), tobacco-related (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco), guns or weapons-related (e.g., firearms, bullets), illegal drugs-related (e.g., marijuana, cocaine), pornographic-related (e.g., adult themes, sexual content), crime-related relat- ed (e.g., organized crime, notorious characters), violence-related (e.g., violent games), death-related (e.g., funeral homes, mortuaries), hate-related (e.g. racist organizations), gambling-related (e.g., casinos, lotteries), specifically mentions any wireless carrier or copies or parodies the products or Services services of any wireless carrier; e. ; (v) viruses, Banking TrojansTrojan horses, worms, malware, ransomware, time bombs, bots, unverified third party applicationscancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information; f. ; (vi) any material or information that is false, misleading, or inaccurate; g. any material that would expose Bank, or any Designated Service Provider, or Third Party Site to liability; or, h. any signal or impulse that could cause electrical, magnetic, optical, or other technical harm to the equipment or facilities of Bank or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Site. Company agrees that Company will not attempt to: i. access any System or Service(s) for which Company’s use has not been authorized; j. use or attempt to use a third party’s account; k. interfere in any manner the provision of the Services or System, the security of the Services or System, or other customers of the Services or System; or, l. otherwise abuse the Services or System.

Restrictions on Use. Company agrees You will not to knowingly, nor will you knowingly permit your customers or any other third party to, use any Services in, or for, the Software for any illegal, fraudulent, unauthorized or improper manner or purpose purpose, and will only use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including all applicable state, federal, federal and international internet, data, telecommunications, telemarketing, “spam,” spam and import/export laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, Company agrees that Company you will not knowingly allow your customers to use the Services and System Software to transmit or disseminate: a. : (i) junk mail, spam, spam or unsolicited material to persons or entities that have not agreed to receive such material or to whom Company you or your customers do not otherwise have a legal right to send such material; b. ; (ii) material that infringes or violates any third party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, privacy, or confidentiality, or the rights or legal obligations of any wireless service provider or any of its clients customers or subscribers; c. ; (iii) material or data, that is illegal, or material or data, as determined by Bank (in Bank’s sole discretion), data that is harassing, coercive, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, obscene or otherwise objectionableobjectionable (as determined by Dynamicweb in its sole discretion), materials that are harmful to minors or excessive in quantity, ; or materials the transmission (iv) material that offers for sale or commercial distribution of which could diminish or harm Bank’s reputation or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Site involved in the provision of the Services; d. material or data that is alcoholic beverage-related beverages (e.g., beer, wine, or liquor), tobacco-related tobacco products (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco), guns weapons or weapons-related ammunition (e.g., firearms, bullets), illegal drugs-related drugs (e.g., marijuana, heroin or cocaine), pornographic-related pornography (e.g., adult themes, sexual content), crime-related or gambling products; (e.g., organized crime, notorious characters), violence-related (e.g., violent games), death-related (e.g., funeral homes, mortuaries), hate-related (e.g. racist organizations), gambling-related (e.g., casinos, lotteries), specifically mentions any wireless carrier or copies or parodies the products or Services of any wireless carrier; e. v) viruses, Banking TrojansTrojan horses, worms, malware, ransomware, time bombs, bots, unverified third party applications, cancelbots or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, data or personal information; f. ; (vi) any material or information that is knowingly false, misleading, or inaccurate; g. ; (vii) any material that would expose BankDynamicweb, the Hosting Provider (as defined in Section 3.14), any third-party service provider involved in providing the Hosting or any Designated Service Provider, or Third Party Site other third party to legal liability; or, h. or (viii) any signal or impulse that could was designed to cause electrical, magnetic, optical, optical or other technical harm to the equipment or facilities of Bank the Hosting Provider or any Designated Service Provider third party. Neither you nor any of your customers shall attempt to access the Software or Third Party SiteHosting that you have not ordered or for which you have not paid applicable fees. Company agrees that Company You will not attempt to: i. access any System or Service(s) for which Company’s use has not been authorized; j. use or attempt to use a third party’s account; k. account with the Hosting Provider, or intentionally interfere with the security of, or otherwise abuse, the Hosting, Software or other Hosting Provider customers. You shall not intentionally interfere in any manner with the Hosting Provider’s provision of the Services Hosting or Systemsupport, the security and will comply with all terms and conditions of the Services or System, or other customers of the Services or System; or, l. otherwise abuse the Services or SystemHosting Provider.

Company agrees You agree not to use any the Services in, and Mobile Banking App in or for, for any illegal, fraudulent, unauthorized or improper manner or purpose and will only use be used in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including all applicable state, federal, and international internetInternet, data, telecommunications, telemarketing, “spam,” and import/export laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, Company agrees you agree that Company you will not use the Services and System Mobile Banking App to transmit or disseminate: a. : (i) junk mail, spam, or unsolicited material to persons or entities that have not agreed to receive such material or to whom Company you do not otherwise have a legal right to send such material; b. material (ii) material that infringes or violates any third party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, privacy, or confidentiality, or the rights or legal obligations of any wireless service provider or any of its clients or subscribers; c. ; (iii) material or data, that is illegal, or material or data, as determined by Bank Financial Institution (in Bank’s its sole discretion), that is harassing, coercive, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, materials that are harmful to minors or excessive in quantity, or materials the transmission of which could diminish or harm Bank’s the reputation of Financial Institution or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Site third-party service provider involved in the provision of the Services; d. ; or (iv) material or data that is alcoholic beverage-related (e.g., beer, wine, or liquor), tobacco-related (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco), guns or weapons-related (e.g., firearms, bullets), illegal drugs-related (e.g., marijuana, cocaine), pornographic-related (e.g., adult themes, sexual content), crime-related (e.g., organized crime, notorious characters), violence-related (e.g., violent games), death-related (e.g., funeral homes, mortuaries), hate-related (e.g. racist organizations), gambling-related (e.g., casinos, lotteries), specifically mentions any wireless carrier or copies or parodies the products or Services of any wireless carrier; e. ; (v) viruses, Banking TrojansTrojan horses, worms, malware, ransomware, time bombs, bots, unverified third party applicationscancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information; f. ; (vi) any material or information that is false, misleading, or inaccurate; g. any material that would expose Bank, or any Designated Service Provider, or Third Party Site to liability; or, h. any signal or impulse that could cause electrical, magnetic, optical, or other technical harm to the equipment or facilities of Bank or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Site. Without limiting the foregoing, Company agrees that Company will not use the Services and System to transmit or disseminate: a. junk mail, spam, or unsolicited material to persons or entities that have not agreed to receive such material or to whom Company do not otherwise have a legal right to send such material; b. material that infringes or violates any third party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, privacy, or confidentiality, or the rights or legal obligations of any wireless service provider or any of its clients customers or subscribers; c. material or data, that is illegal, or material or data, as determined by Bank (in Bank’s sole discretion), that is harassing, coercive, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, materials that are harmful to minors or excessive in quantity, or materials the transmission of which could diminish or harm Bank’s reputation or any Designated Service Provider or Third Third-Party Site involved in the provision of the Services; d. material or data that is alcoholic beverage-related (e.g., beer, wine, or liquor), tobacco-related (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco), guns or weapons-related (e.g., firearms, bullets), illegal drugs-related (e.g., marijuana, cocaine), pornographic-related (e.g., adult themes, sexual content), crime-related (e.g., organized crime, notorious characters), violence-related (e.g., violent games), death-related (e.g., funeral homes, mortuaries), hate-related (e.g. racist organizations), gambling-related (e.g., casinos, lotteries), specifically mentions any wireless carrier or copies or parodies the products or Services of any wireless carrier; e. viruses, Banking Trojanstrojans, worms, malware, ransomware, time bombs, bots, unverified third third-party applications, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information; f. any material or information that is false, misleading, or inaccurate; g. any material that would expose Bank, or any Designated Service Provider, or Third Third-Party Site to liability; or, h. any signal or impulse that could cause electrical, magnetic, optical, or other technical harm to the equipment or facilities of Bank or any Designated Service Provider or Third Third-Party Site. Company agrees that Company will not attempt to: i. a. access any System or Service(s) for which Company’s use has not been authorized; j. b. use or attempt to use a third party’s account; k. c. interfere in any manner the provision of the Services or System, the security of the Services or System, or other customers of the Services or System; or, l. d. otherwise abuse the Services or System.

Restrictions on Use. Company Third-Party Sender agrees not to use any Services in, or for, any illegal, fraudulent, unauthorized or improper manner or purpose and will only use in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including all applicable state, federal, and international internet, data, telecommunications, telemarketing, “spam,” and import/export laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, Company Third-Party Sender agrees that Company Third-Party Sender will not use the Services and System to transmit or disseminate: a. junk mail, spam, or unsolicited material to persons or entities that have not agreed to receive such material or to whom Company Third-Party Sender do not otherwise have a legal right to send such material; b. material that infringes or violates any third party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, privacy, or confidentiality, or the rights or legal obligations of any wireless service provider or any of its clients customers or subscribers; c. material or data, that is illegal, or material or data, as determined by Bank (in Bank’s sole discretion), that is harassing, coercive, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, materials that are harmful to minors or excessive in quantity, or materials the transmission of which could diminish or harm Bank’s reputation or any Designated Service Provider or Third Third-Party Site involved in the provision of the Services; d. material or data that is alcoholic beverage-related (e.g., beer, wine, or liquor), tobacco-related (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco), guns or weapons-related (e.g., firearms, bullets), illegal drugs-related (e.g., marijuana, cocaine), pornographic-related (e.g., adult themes, sexual content), crime-related (e.g., organized crime, notorious characters), violence-related (e.g., violent games), death-related (e.g., funeral homes, mortuaries), hate-related (e.g. racist organizations), gambling-related (e.g., casinos, lotteries), specifically mentions any wireless carrier or copies or parodies the products or Services of any wireless carrier; e. viruses, Banking Trojanstrojans, worms, malware, ransomware, time bombs, bots, unverified third third-party applications, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information; f. any material or information that is false, misleading, or inaccurate; g. any material that would expose Bank, or any Designated Service Provider, or Third Third-Party Site to liability; or, h. any signal or impulse that could cause electrical, magnetic, optical, or other technical harm to the equipment or facilities of Bank or any Designated Service Provider or Third Third-Party Site. Company Third-Party Sender agrees that Company Third-Party Sender will not attempt to: i. a. access any System or Service(s) for which CompanyThird-Party Sender’s use has not been authorized; j. b. use or attempt to use a third party’s account; k. c. interfere in any manner the provision of the Services or System, the security of the Services or System, or other customers of the Services or System; or, l. d. otherwise abuse the Services or System.

Restrictions on Use. Company agrees You agree not to use Online Banking services, including, without limitation, Mobile Banking applications, and any Services in, other software or for, other technology or materials provided by Bank or any of its service providers in or for any illegal, fraudulent, unauthorized or improper manner or purpose and Online Banking services will only use be used in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulationsApplicable Laws, including all applicable state, federal, and international internetInternet, data, telecommunications, telemarketing, “spam,” and import/export laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, Company agrees you agree that Company you will not use the Services and System Online Banking services to transmit or disseminate: a. : (i) junk mail, spam, or unsolicited material to persons or entities that have not agreed to receive such material or to whom Company you do not otherwise have a legal right to send such material; b. ; (ii) material that infringes or violates any third party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, privacy, or confidentiality, or the rights or legal obligations of any wireless service provider or any of its clients or subscribers; c. ; (iii) material or data, that is illegal, or material or data, as determined by Bank us (in Bank’s our sole discretion), that is harassing, coercive, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, materials that are harmful to minors or excessive in quantity, or materials the transmission of which could diminish or harm Bank’s the reputation of Bank or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Site third-party service provider involved in the provision of the Services; d. Online Banking services; or (iv) material or data that is alcoholic beverage-beverage- related (e.g., beer, wine, or liquor), tobacco-related (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco), guns or weapons-related (e.g., firearms, bullets), illegal drugs-related (e.g., marijuana, cocaine), pornographic-related (e.g., adult themes, sexual content), crime-related (e.g., organized crime, notorious characters), violence-related (e.g., violent games), death-death- related (e.g., funeral homes, mortuaries), hate-related (e.g. racist organizations), gambling-gambling- related (e.g., casinos, lotteries), specifically mentions any wireless carrier or copies or parodies the products or Services services of any wireless carrier; e. ; (v) viruses, Banking TrojansTrojan horses, worms, malware, ransomware, time bombs, bots, unverified third party applicationscancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information; f. ; (vi) any material or information that is false, misleading, or inaccurate; g. ; (vii) any material that would expose Bankus, any third-party service provider involved in providing Online Banking services, or any Designated Service Provider, or Third Party Site other third party to liability; or, h. or (viii) any signal or impulse that could cause electrical, magnetic, optical, or other technical harm to the equipment or facilities of Bank a service provider or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Sitethird party. Company agrees You agree that Company you will not attempt to: i. : (i) access any System or Service(s) Online Banking services for which Company’s your use has not been authorized; j. ; or (ii) use or attempt to use a third party’s account; k. ; or (iii) interfere in any manner the provision of the Services or SystemOnline Banking services, the security of the Services or SystemOnline Banking services, or other customers of the Services Online Banking services, or System; or, l. otherwise abuse the Services or SystemOnline Banking services.

Without limiting the foregoing, Company agrees you agree that Company you will not use the Services and System Software to transmit or disseminate: a. : (i) junk mail, spam, or unsolicited material to persons or entities that have not agreed to receive such material or to whom Company you do not otherwise have a legal right to send such material; b. ; (ii) material that infringes or violates any third party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, privacy, or confidentiality, or the rights or legal obligations of any wireless service provider or any of its clients or subscribers; c. ; (iii) material or data, that is illegal, or material or data, as determined by Bank TFB (in Bank’s its sole discretion), that is harassing, coercive, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, materials that are harmful to minors or excessive in quantity, or materials the transmission of which could diminish or harm Bank’s the reputation of TFB or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Site third-party service provider involved in the provision of the Services; d. ; or (iv) material or data that is alcoholic beverage-related (e.g., beer, wine, or liquor), tobacco-related (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco), guns or weapons-related (e.g., firearms, bullets), illegal drugs-related (e.g., marijuana, cocaine), pornographic-related (e.g., adult themes, sexual content), crime-related (e.g., organized crime, notorious characters), violence-related (e.g., violent games), death-related (e.g., funeral homes, mortuaries), hate-related (e.g. racist organizations), gambling-related (e.g., casinos, lotteries), specifically mentions any wireless carrier or copies or parodies the products or Services of any wireless carrier; e. ; (v) viruses, Banking TrojansTrojan horses, worms, malware, ransomware, time bombs, cancel bots, unverified third party applications, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information; f. ; (vi) any material or information that is false, misleading, or inaccurate; g. ; (vii) any material that would expose BankTFB, any third-party service provider involved in providing the Services, or any Designated Service Provider, or Third Party Site other third party to liability; or, h. or (viii) any signal or impulse that could cause electrical, magnetic, optical, or other technical harm to the equipment or facilities of Bank Fiserv or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Sitethird party. Company agrees You agree that Company you will not attempt to: i. : (i) access any System Software or Service(s) Services for which Company’s your use has not been authorized; j. ; or (ii) use or attempt to use a third party’s account; k. ; or (iii) interfere in any manner the provision of the Services or SystemSoftware, the security of the Services or SystemSoftware, or other customers of the Services or System; orSoftware, l. or otherwise abuse the Services or SystemSoftware. TFB reserves the right to revoke access to mobile services at its discretion.

Company agrees that Company will not attempt to: i. access any System or Service(s) for which Company’s use has not been authorized; j. use or attempt to use a third party’s account; k. interfere in any manner the provision of the Services or System, the security of the Services or System, or other customers of the Services or System; or, l. otherwise abuse the Services or System.

Company agrees You agree that Company you will not attempt to: i. access any System Software or Service(s) Services for which Company’s your use has not been authorized;; or j. ii. use or attempt to use a third party’s account;; or k. iii. interfere in any manner the provision of the Services or SystemSoftware, the security of the Services or SystemSoftware, or other customers members of the Services or System; orSoftware, l. or otherwise abuse the Services or SystemSoftware Touch ID™ for Mobile Banking. Touch ID is an optional fingerprint sign-in method for Maui County FCU Mobile Banking that is currently available for most Apple® devices that have a fingerprint scanner. To use Touch ID, you will need to save your fingerprint by going to "Settings > Touch ID & Passcode" on your Apple device to complete the setup (for more help with fingerprint scanning, contact Apple support at xxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxx). Fingerprints are stored on your device only and Maui County FCU never sees or stores your fingerprint information. You acknowledge that by enabling Touch ID, you will allow anyone who has a fingerprint stored on your device access to your personal and payment account information within Maui County FCU Mobile Banking. Maui County FCU reserves the right to suspend or disable this feature at any time. Touch ID can only be associated with one Mobile Banking username at a time on a device. If your device doesn’t recognize your fingerprint, you can sign in using your password. To use Touch ID for Mobile Banking on multiple devices, you will need to set it up for each device. You can enable or disable Touch ID anytime from the Services menu within Maui County FCU Mobile Banking. Apple and Touch ID are trademarks of Apple Inc. Currently, fingerprint sign-in for Maui County FCU Mobile Banking is only available on compatible iOS devices.

Without limiting the foregoing, Company agrees you agree that Company you will not use the Services and System Software to transmit or disseminate: a. : (i) junk mail, spam, or unsolicited material to persons or entities that have not agreed to receive such material or to whom Company you do not otherwise have a legal right to send such material; b. ; (ii) material that infringes or violates any third party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, privacy, or confidentiality, or the rights or legal obligations of any wireless service provider or any of its clients or subscribers; c. ; (iii) material or data, that is illegal, or material or data, as determined by Bank Financial Institution (in Bank’s sole its sol e discretion), that is harassing, coercive, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, materials that are harmful to minors or excessive in quantity, or materials the transmission of which could diminish or harm Bank’s the reputation of Financial Institution or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Site third-party service provider involved in the provision of the Services; d. ; or (iv) material or data that is alcoholic beverage-related beverage -related (e.g., beer, wine, or liquor), tobacco-related (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco), guns or weapons-related (e.g., firearms, bullets), illegal drugs-related (e.g., marijuana, cocaine), pornographic-related (e.g., adult themes, sexual content), crime-crime- related (e.g., organized crime, notorious characters), violence-related (e.g., violent games), death-related (e.g., funeral homes, mortuaries), hate-related (e.g. racist organizations), gambling-related (e.g., casinos, lotteries), specifically mentions any wireless carrier or copies or parodies the products or Services of any wireless carrier; e. ; (v) viruses, Banking TrojansTrojan horses, worms, malware, ransomware, time bombs, bots, unverified third party applicationscancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information; f. ; (vi) any material or information that is falsef alse, misleading, or inaccurate; g. ; (vii) any material that would expose BankFinancial Institution, any third-party service provider involved in providing the Services, or any Designated Service Provider, or Third Party Site other third party to liability; or, h. or (viii) any signal or impulse that could cause electricalelectr ical, magnetic, optical, or other technical harm to the equipment or facilities of Bank Fiserv or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Sitethird party. Company agrees You agree that Company you will not attempt to: i. access : (i) acces s any System Software or Service(s) Services for which Company’s your use has not been authorized; j. ; or (ii) use or attempt to use a third party’s account; k. ; or (iii) interfere in any manner the provision of the Services or SystemSoftware, the security of the Services or SystemSoftware, or other customers of the Services or System; orSoftware, l. or otherwise abuse the Services or SystemSoftware.

Company agrees You agree not to use Online Banking services, including, without limitation, the Mobile Apps, and any Services in, other software or for, other technology or materials provided by Bank or any of its service providers in or for any illegal, fraudulent, unauthorized or improper manner or purpose and Online Banking services will only use be used in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulationsApplicable Laws, including all applicable state, federal, and international internetInternet, data, telecommunications, telemarketing, “"spam,” " and import/export laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, Company agrees you agree that Company you will not use the Services and System Online Banking services to transmit or disseminate: a. : (i) junk mail, spam, or unsolicited material to persons or entities that have not agreed to receive such material or to whom Company you do not otherwise have a legal right to send such material; b. ; (ii) material that infringes or violates any third party’s 's intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, privacy, or confidentiality, or the rights or legal obligations of any wireless service provider or any of its clients or subscribers; c. ; (iii) material or data, that is illegal, or material or data, as determined by Bank us (in Bank’s our sole discretion), that is harassing, coercive, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, materials that are harmful to minors or excessive in quantity, or materials the transmission of which could diminish or harm Bank’s the reputation of Bank or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Site third-party service provider involved in the provision of the Services; d. Company agrees You agree that Company you will not attempt to: i. : (i) access any System or Service(s) Online Banking services for which Company’s your use has not been authorized; j. ; or (ii) use or attempt to use a third party’s 's account; k. ; or (iii) interfere in any manner the provision of the Services or SystemOnline Banking services, the security of the Services or SystemOnline Banking services, or other customers of the Services Online Banking services, or System; or, l. otherwise abuse the Services or SystemOnline Banking services.

Company agrees to not to use any Services in, the Mobile Banking Service in or for, for any illegal, fraudulent, unauthorized or improper manner or purpose and will only use be used in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including all applicable state, federal, and international internetInternet, data, telecommunications, telemarketing, “spam,” and import/export laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, Company agrees that Company will not use the Services and System Mobile Banking Service to transmit or disseminate: a. : (i) junk mail, spam, or unsolicited material to persons or entities that have not agreed to receive such material or to whom Company do does not otherwise have a legal right to send such material; b. ; (ii) material that infringes or violates any third party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, privacy, or confidentiality, or the rights or legal obligations of any wireless service provider or any of its clients or subscribers; c. ; (iii) material or data, that is illegal, or material or data, as determined by Bank (in Bank’s its sole discretion), that is harassing, coercive, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, materials that are harmful to minors or excessive in quantity, or materials the transmission of which could diminish or harm Bank’s the reputation of Bank or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Site third-party service provider involved in the provision of the Services; d. Mobile Banking Service; (iv) material or data that is alcoholic beverage-related (e.g., beer, wine, or liquor), tobacco-related (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco), guns or weapons-related (e.g., firearms, bullets), illegal drugs-related (e.g., marijuana, cocaine), pornographic-pornographic- related (e.g., adult themes, sexual content), crime-related (e.g., organized crime, notorious characters), violence-related (e.g., violent games), death-related (e.g., funeral homes, mortuaries), hate-related (e.g. e.g., racist organizations), gambling-related (e.g., casinos, lotteries), specifically mentions any wireless carrier or copies or parodies the products or Services services of any wireless carrier; e. ; (v) viruses, Banking TrojansTrojan horses, worms, malware, ransomware, time bombs, bots, unverified third party applicationscancelbots, or any other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information; f. ; (vi) any material or information that is false, misleading, or inaccurate; g. ; (vii) any material that would expose BankBank or any of its affiliates or service providers involved in providing the Mobile Banking Service, or any Designated Service Provider, or Third Party Site other third party to liability; or, h. or (viii) any signal or impulse that could cause electrical, magnetic, optical, or other technical harm to the equipment or facilities of Bank Fiserv, Inc. and its affiliates, or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Siteother third party. Company agrees that Company will not attempt to: i. : (a) access any System or Service(s) the Mobile Banking Services for which Company’s use has not been authorized; j. ; (b) use or attempt to use a third party’s account; k. ; (c) interfere in any manner with the provision of the Services or SystemMobile Banking Service, the security of the Services or SystemMobile Banking Service, or other customers of the Services Mobile Banking Service; or System; or, l. (d) otherwise abuse the Services or SystemMobile Banking Service.

Restrictions on Use. Company agrees Consistent with Sections 13 and 14 of the General Terms, you agree not to use any Services in, Mobile Banking or for, the Software in or for any illegal, fraudulent, unauthorized unauthorized, or improper manner or purpose and will only use be used in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including all applicable state, federal, and international internetInternet, data, telecommunications, telemarketing, “spam,” and import/export laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, Company agrees you agree that Company you will not use Mobile Banking or the Services and System Software to transmit or disseminate: a. : (i) junk mail, spam, or unsolicited material to persons or entities that have not agreed to receive such material or to whom Company you do not otherwise have a legal right to send such material; b. ; (ii) material that infringes or violates any third party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, privacy, or confidentiality, or the rights or legal obligations of any wireless service provider or any of its clients or subscribers; c. ; (iii) material or data, that is illegal, or material or data, as determined by Bank ACCESSBank (in Bank’s its sole discretion), that is harassing, coercive, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, materials that are harmful to minors or excessive in quantity, or materials the transmission of which could diminish or harm Bank’s the reputation of ACCESSBank or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Site third-party service provider involved in the provision of the Services; d. Mobile Banking; (iv) material or data that is alcoholic beverage-related (e.g., beer, wine, or liquor), tobacco-tobacco- related (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco), guns or weapons-related (e.g., firearms, bullets), illegal drugs-related (e.g., marijuana, cocaine), pornographic-related (e.g., adult themes, sexual content), crime-related (e.g., organized crime, notorious characters), violence-related (e.g., violent games), death-related (e.g., funeral homes, mortuaries), hate-related (e.g. racist organizations), gambling-related (e.g., casinos, lotteries), specifically mentions any wireless carrier or copies or parodies the products or Services parodies the products or services of any wireless carrier; e. ; (v) viruses, Banking TrojansTrojan horses, worms, malware, ransomware, time bombs, bots, unverified third party applicationscancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information; f. ; (vi) any material or information that is false, misleading, or inaccurate; g. ; (vii) any material that would expose BankACCESSBank, any third-party service provider involved in providing Mobile Banking, or any Designated Service Provider, or Third Party Site other third party to liability; or, h. or (viii) any signal or impulse that could cause electrical, magnetic, optical, or other technical harm to the equipment or facilities of Bank Fiserv or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Sitethird party. Company agrees You agree that Company you will not attempt to: i. : (a) access any System software or Service(s) services for which Company’s your use has not been authorized; j. ; or (b) use or attempt to use a third party’s account; k. ; or (c) interfere in any manner with the provision of Mobile Banking or the Services or SystemSoftware, the security of Mobile Banking or the Services or SystemSoftware, or other customers of Mobile Banking or the Services Software; or System; or, l. (d) otherwise abuse Mobile Banking or the Services or SystemSoftware.

Restrictions on Use. Company agrees You will not to knowingly, nor will you knowingly permit your customers or any other third party to, use any Services in, or for, the Software for any illegal, fraudulent, unauthorized or improper manner or purpose purpose, and will only use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including all applicable state, federal, federal and international internet, data, telecommunications, telemarketing, “spam,” spam and import/export laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, Company agrees that Company you will not knowingly allow your customers to use the Services and System Software to transmit or disseminate: a. : (i) junk mail, spam, spam or unsolicited material to persons or entities that have not agreed to receive such material or to whom Company you or your customers do not otherwise have a legal right to send such material; b. ; (ii) material that infringes or violates any third party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, privacy, or confidentiality, or the rights or legal obligations of any wireless service provider or any of its clients customers or subscribers; c. ; (iii) material or data, that is illegal, or material or data, as determined by Bank (in Bank’s sole discretion), data that is harassing, coercive, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, obscene or otherwise objectionableobjectionable (as determined by Dynamicweb in its sole discretion), materials that are harmful to minors or excessive in quantity, ; or materials the transmission (iv) material that offers for sale or commercial distribution of which could diminish or harm Bank’s reputation or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Site involved in the provision of the Services; d. material or data that is alcoholic beverage-related beverages (e.g., beer, wine, or liquor), tobacco-related tobacco products (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco), guns weapons or weapons-related ammunition (e.g., firearms, bullets), illegal drugs-related drugs (e.g., marijuana, heroin or cocaine), pornographic-related pornography (e.g., adult themes, sexual content), crime-related or gambling products; (e.g., organized crime, notorious characters), violence-related (e.g., violent games), death-related (e.g., funeral homes, mortuaries), hate-related (e.g. racist organizations), gambling-related (e.g., casinos, lotteries), specifically mentions any wireless carrier or copies or parodies the products or Services of any wireless carrier; e. v) viruses, Banking TrojansTrojan horses, worms, malware, ransomware, time bombs, bots, unverified third party applications, cancelbots or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, data or personal information; f. ; (vi) any material or information that is knowingly false, misleading, or inaccurate; g. ; or (vii) any material that would expose BankDynamicweb, any third-party service provider involved in providing hosting or any Designated Service Provider, or Third Party Site other third party to legal liability; or, h. any signal or impulse that could cause electrical, magnetic, optical, or other technical harm to the equipment or facilities of Bank or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Site. Company agrees that Company will not attempt to: i. access any System or Service(s) for which Company’s use has not been authorized; j. use or attempt to use a third party’s account; k. interfere in any manner the provision of the Services or System, the security of the Services or System, or other customers of the Services or System; or, l. otherwise abuse the Services or System.

Restrictions on Use. Company agrees i) Client will not to use any Services in, the Mobile Service in or for, for any illegal, fraudulent, unauthorized or improper manner or purpose and will only use it in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including all applicable state, federal, and international internetInternet, data, telecommunications, telemarketing, “spam,” and import/export laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, Company agrees that Company Client will not use the Mobile Services and System to transmit or disseminate: a. : (A) junk mail, spam, or unsolicited material to persons or entities that have not agreed to receive such material or to whom Company do Client does not otherwise have a legal right to send such material; b. ; (B) material that infringes or violates any third party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, privacy, or confidentiality, or the rights or legal obligations of any wireless service provider or any of its clients or subscribers; c. ; (C) material or data, data that is illegal, or material or data, as determined by Bank determines (in Bank’s sole discretion), that is harassing, coercive, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, materials that are harmful to minors or excessive in quantity, or materials the transmission of which could diminish or harm Bank’s reputation or any Designated Bank’s Service Provider or Third Party Site involved in the provision of the Services; d. Provider’s reputation; (D) material or data that is alcoholic beverage-beverage- related (e.g., beer, wine, or liquor), tobacco-tobacco- related (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco), guns or weapons-related (e.g., firearms, bullets), illegal drugs-related (e.g., marijuana, cocaine), pornographic-pornographic- related (e.g., adult themes, sexual content), crime-related (e.g., organized crime, notorious characters), violence-related (e.g., violent games), death-related (e.g., funeral homes, mortuaries), hate-related (e.g. e.g., racist organizations), gambling-related (e.g., casinos, lotteries), specifically mentions any wireless carrier or copies or parodies the products or Services services of any wireless carrier; e. ; (E) viruses, Banking TrojansTrojan horses, worms, malware, ransomware, time bombs, bots, unverified third party applicationscancelbots, or any other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information; f. ; (F) any material or information that is false, misleading, or inaccurate; g. any material that would expose Bank, or any Designated Service Provider, or Third Party Site to liability; or, h. any signal or impulse that could cause electrical, magnetic, optical, or other technical harm to the equipment or facilities of Bank or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Site. Company agrees that Company will not attempt to: i. access any System or Service(s) for which Company’s use has not been authorized; j. use or attempt to use a third party’s account; k. interfere in any manner the provision of the Services or System, the security of the Services or System, or other customers of the Services or System; or, l. otherwise abuse the Services or System.

Restrictions on Use. Company agrees You agree not to use Online Banking services, including, without limitation, the Mobile Apps, and any Services in, other software or for, other technology or materials provided by Bank or any of its service providers in or for any illegal, fraudulent, unauthorized or improper manner or purpose and Online Banking services will only use be used in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulationsApplicable Laws, including all applicable state, federal, and international internetInternet, data, telecommunications, telemarketing, “spam,” and import/export laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, Company agrees you agree that Company you will not use the Services and System Online Banking services to transmit or disseminate: a. : (i) junk mail, spam, or unsolicited material to persons or entities that have not agreed to receive such material or to whom Company you do not otherwise have a legal right to send such material; b. ; (ii) material that infringes or violates any third party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, privacy, or confidentiality, or the rights or legal obligations of any wireless service provider or any of its clients or subscribers; c. ; (iii) material or data, that is illegal, or material or data, as determined by Bank us (in Bank’s our sole discretion), that is harassing, coercive, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, materials that are harmful to minors or excessive in quantity, or materials the transmission of which could diminish or harm Bank’s the reputation of Bank or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Site third-party service provider involved in the provision of the Services; d. Online Banking services; or (iv) material or data that is alcoholic beverage-related (e.g., beer, wine, or liquor), tobacco-related (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco), guns or weapons-related (e.g., firearms, bullets), illegal drugs-related (e.g., marijuana, cocaine), pornographic-related (e.g., adult themes, sexual content), crime-crime- related (e.g., organized crime, notorious characters), violence-related (e.g., violent games), death-related (e.g., funeral homes, mortuaries), hate-related (e.g. e.g., racist organizations), gambling-related (e.g., casinos, lotteries), specifically mentions any wireless carrier or copies or parodies the products or Services services of any wireless carrier; e. ; (v) viruses, Banking TrojansTrojan horses, worms, malware, ransomware, time bombs, bots, unverified third party applicationscancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information; f. ; (vi) any material or information that is false, misleading, or inaccurate; g. ; (vii) any material that would expose Bankus, any third-party service provider involved in providing Online Banking services, or any Designated Service Provider, or Third Party Site other third party to liability; or, h. or (viii) any signal or impulse that could cause electrical, magnetic, optical, or other technical harm to the equipment or facilities of Bank a service provider or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Sitethird party. Company agrees You agree that Company you will not attempt to: i. : (i) access any System or Service(s) Online Banking services for which Company’s your use has not been authorized; j. ; or (ii) use or attempt to use a third party’s account; k. ; or (iii) interfere in any manner the provision of the Services or SystemOnline Banking services, the security of the Services or SystemOnline Banking services, or other customers of the Services Online Banking services, or System; or, l. otherwise abuse the Services or SystemOnline Banking services.

Company agrees You agree not to use any the Services in, and Software in or for, for any illegal, fraudulent, unauthorized or improper manner or purpose and will only use be used in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including all applicable state, federal, and international internetInternet, data, telecommunications, telemarketing, “spam,” and import/export laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, Company agrees you agree that Company you will not use the Services and System Software to transmit or disseminate: a. : (i) junk mail, spam, or unsolicited material to persons or entities that have not agreed to receive such material or to whom Company you do not otherwise have a legal right to send such material; b. ; (ii) material that infringes or violates any third party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, privacy, or confidentiality, or the rights or legal obligations of any wireless service provider or any of its clients or subscribers; c. ; (iii) material or data, that is illegal, or material or data, as determined by Bank Waterford (in Bank’s its sole discretion), that is harassing, coercive, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, materials that are harmful to minors or excessive in quantity, or materials the transmission of which could diminish or harm Bank’s the reputation of Waterford or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Site third-party service provider involved in the provision of the Services; d. ; or (iv) material or data that is alcoholic beverage-related (e.g., beer, wine, or liquor), tobacco-related (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco), guns or weapons-related (e.g., firearms, bullets), illegal drugs-related (e.g., marijuana, cocaine), pornographic-related (e.g., adult themes, sexual content), crime-related (e.g., organized crime, notorious characters), violence-related (e.g., violent games), death-related (e.g., funeral homes, mortuaries), hate-related (e.g. racist organizations), gambling-related (e.g., casinos, lotteries), specifically mentions any wireless carrier or copies or parodies the products or Services of any wireless carrier; e. ; (v) viruses, Banking Trojans, worms, malware, ransomwaretrojan horses, worms, time bombs, bots, unverified third party applicationscancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information; f. ; (vi) any material or information that is false, misleading, or inaccurate; g. ; (vii) any material that would expose BankWaterford, any third-party service provider involved in providing the Services, or any Designated Service Provider, or Third Party Site other third party to liability; or, h. or (viii) any signal or impulse that could cause electrical, magnetic, optical, or other technical harm to the equipment or facilities of Bank Waterford or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Sitethird party. Company agrees You agree that Company you will not attempt to: i. : (i) access any System Software or Service(s) Services for which Company’s your use has not been authorized; j. use or attempt to use a third party’s account; k. interfere in any manner the provision of the Services or System, the security of the Services or System, or other customers of the Services or System; or, l. otherwise abuse the Services or System.

Mobile Banking Service; (iv) material or data that is alcoholic beverage-related (e.g., beer, wine, or liquor), tobacco-related (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco), guns or weapons-related (e.g., firearms, bullets), illegal drugs-related (e.g., marijuana, cocaine), pornographic-related (e.g., adult themes, sexual content), crime-related (e.g., organized crime, notorious characters), violence-violence- related (e.g., violent games), death-related (e.g., funeral homes, mortuaries), hate-related (e.g. e.g., racist organizations), gambling-related (e.g., casinos, lotteries), specifically mentions any wireless carrier or copies or parodies the products or Services services of any wireless carrier; e. ; (v) viruses, Banking TrojansTrojan horses, worms, malware, ransomware, time bombs, bots, unverified third party applicationscancelbots, or any other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information; f. ; (vi) any material or information that is false, misleading, or inaccurate; g. ; (vii) any material that would expose BankBank or any of its affiliates or service providers involved in providing the Mobile Banking Service, or any Designated Service Provider, or Third Party Site other third party to liability; or, h. or (viii) any signal or impulse that could cause electrical, magnetic, optical, or other technical harm to the equipment or facilities of Bank Fiserv, Inc. and its affiliates, or any Designated Service Provider or Third Party Siteother third party. Company agrees that Company will not attempt to: i. : (a) access any System or Service(s) the Mobile Banking Services for which Company’s use has not been authorized; j. ; (b) use or attempt to use a third party’s account; k. ; (c) interfere in any manner with the provision of the Services or SystemMobile Banking Service, the security of the Services or SystemMobile Banking Service, or other customers of the Services Mobile Banking Service; or System; or, l. (d) otherwise abuse the Services or SystemMobile Banking Service.
