Restrictions on Use. (1) Customer shall not (i) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble (ii) modify, adapt, alter, translate or create derivative works of the Software (iii) merge or integrate the Software into any third party software or solutions (iv) combine or subject the Software to the terms of any Open Source License (definition published by the Open Source Initiative from time to time as set out under the following linkhttp://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxx.xxxx) which would cause the Software to become subjected or licensed on the terms of the Open Source license; (v) extract any data or content from the Software.
