Restrictive Covenant Period. The Restrictive Covenant Period is defined as the period of time during Participant’s Service to any USAC Entity and continuing for one (1) year after the date Participant is no longer employed by or providing Services to any of the USAC Entities, regardless of the reason for the termination of Participant’s Service and regardless of whether Participant’s Service was terminated by Participant or the USAC Entities.
