RESTROOM WASTE RECEPTACLES. All waste receptacles will be emptied and wiped clean. The liner will be replaced to maintain a clean and orderly appearance. Sanitary napkin disposal containers will be emptied, sanitized, and wiped dry. The wax paper liner will be replaced. If applicable, all metal housing units will be damp wiped to remove streaks and runs.
RESTROOM WASTE RECEPTACLES. Shall be stainless steel finish recessed (or semi recessed – where approved by Tenant) waste receptacles. Installation location(s) shall be in conformance with required ADA clearances.
